            My problem is paint peeling of the roof rack assy., all four wheel(rims). No one at the business has tried to resolve the problem, they will not accept my calls or contact me with a follow up. My case number is ********, this issuse is greater than 6 months.

            I bought a brand new Sonata in July 2021, it had a transmission related recall that rendered my car useless in March 2023. I dropped it off at the dealership on March 11, 2023. In two days it will make 7 weeks that my car has been in their possession. I am single and this is my only mode of transportation. Thru 7 weeks they have not even pulled my car into the shop to be looked at or even made an attempt to do so. They have told me they don't do loaner vehicles. They told me that they only do rental reimbursement.. once they have determined I am not at fault. But as I mentioned prior.. it has been 7 weeks and they have made no attempts to do that for me. So I am not able to get a rental car. I have spent ***** so far on this car and nobody seems to care. This has been a horrible experience with even worse customer service.
