Good day. This review is about the Southeast Georgia Health System, ******************************, **************************** ***************************** ******************-C office/staff. On April 12, 2024, I visited with ***************************** ******************-C because I was having much abdominal pain. **************** recommended a CT scan for more information. A few days ago, before this appointment, I received a voicemail from **************** office. The staff member who called me is named *****. She left me a voicemail asking me to call her back about medication and that is all she said. I called back over a span of 3 days and left 2 voicemail messages and specifically stated that I was returning Ebonys call. No one returned any of these calls nor did ***** try to call me a second time knowing my imaging was coming up. Once I got called to the back, the nurse asked me if I had taken the medication prescribed to me by **************** office and I said no. I said I did not get anything prescribed to me. The nurse asked me if anyone called me because I needed to take medication 12 hours before my procedure. I explained that I did receive a call and I made a few attempts to call back, left voicemail messages, but nobody called me back. The nurse told me they cannot do the procedure. The staff (EBONY) at the Southeast Georgia Health System, **************************** ***************************** ******************-C staff could not even ensure that I had the proper medication to have this procedure done. So, on top of my chronic condition for my back, I now must continue to endure and deal with abdominal pain. They do not care at all. Sick people should not be ignored and discarded at will.
