Let's start with something positive: the water in the shower was hot, the air conditioning blew good and it was Free Parking. Now for the disappointment..... starting at the top, the *************** was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She was incompetent in changing my credit card number, she does NOT return phone calls or speak to customers directly. I was told she was on a conference call as she was walking down the hallway. She made a mistake in charging the wrong card and did not want to take responsibility for her mistake. ****** makes her front desk employees tell LIES to avoid phone calls. The front desk clerk can only answer the phone and check you in, they're unable to multitask. There's no housekeeping on site everyday, they only show up every third to fourth day to clean the room, you can only get clean towels from the front desk. They are very unaware of the condition of the hotel. The ice machine on the 3rd floor does not work and they had no clue it did not work. The Continental Breakfast was leftover food. When it was time to check out, the front desk clerk did NOT know how to charge the correct card. The hot tub did NOT work. After the run around with my bank card, Ms. ****** decided NOT to refund the fees on my card stating, they have already been paid and hung up on me and had not been available since. I reached out to Customer Relations who was no help, they're all from the Philippines and they only offer points for your next stay which does me no good because I will NEVER stay at another Comfort Inn Suites. The moral to all of this is it only takes ONE employee to make your business FAIL.
