      I purchased my home from Regency Innovations, LLC in April 15,2021. First issue was my dishwasher that was purchased brand new by the builders that was included in my contract. The dishwasher went out 3 months into me moving in my home. I immediately contacted the brand of the dishwasher and explained the issue and was turned around for 3 months due to my name not being the purchaser. I explained this to **** **** the owner over Regency Innovations. LLC and their response was pretty much when they wanted to get to me. I reached out again because some of the fixures in my home were falling apart ,a wooden kitchen drawer wasn't put together correctly and fell on my foot, i have a crack in my 3rd bedroom window that was told was their the first week i moved in. There is a crack in my master bedroom door which was also informed because it happened before i even closed when i was doing a final walk through, the garage and the foundation has cracking due to the abundance of water that has been holding up on my property, and my home was built uneven and the front and the backyard are flooding .I recently contacted Regency Innovations LLC 9/2/2021 and was assured that these problems would be resolved and here we are now 11/06/2021 after contacting again i have received no information and the problems of my brand new home are turning into a book. I absolutely hate i had to come to this but my home was purchased at $196,900 and came with a 1 year warranty from Regency Innovations ,LLC and they have drastically failed to honor it.

      We originally addressed all of *** ******* issues on September 20, 2021 from the email she sent to us on Sept. 13, 2021 (attached). Each item was addressed individually at that time. There is documentation attached of correspondence where work was assigned to correct these issues. If there was an issue that was not under warranty or not included in the original Purchase Agreement, it was addressed in the email. The dishwasher issue was not resolved due to the fact that *** ***** would not allow Lowe's to repair it. She informed them that she would only settle for a new one, which was not their policy. As recently as today, the cabinet contractor tried to go to her home to fix the cabinet drawer, but she was not home after she told them yesterday she would be home all day today. The cracked bedroom window will be replaced soon. That should have already been done. And the problem concerning the yard holding water will be addressed immediately, if it hasn't already been done. Other than these two items, everything on *** ******* original list has been addressed as you can see by looking at the email sent to her on Sept. 20, 2021 with the notes and the attachments included. We were not aware of any other issues. And since nothing else was mentioned before, any other problems were probably not defective workmanship or materials, but homeowner involvment.

      It shouldn't take 2 months to address what i emailed you about the property I bought from Regency. I did not sNt a new dishwasher and lowes never offered to fix, the parts were on backorder and midas offered me a brand new one . I just want the original one fixed that sat for 2 1/2 months. All of the problems that are going on in my property are under the year warranty. Regency would know what the problems were if i actually recieved a email back after numerous sent. **** **** saw emails from me and continued to ignore me and the many problems i was dealing with. The should have been no reason for me to have to find ****** **** number through google, Commissioner **** excuse me in order to get a solution. The trees in the back should have been cut down in the backyard,  they were left horrible and not only that the pool in the back of my home that is literally killing my yard.  I would like these problems handled properly . The holidays are coming around and im having to deal with this.
