      Office of this business name ***. Was very nice on the phone. He offered great prices on parts and promised fast service as soon as I will arrive. Than upon arrival *** told me to wait in the truck for couple minutes. After nearly two hours after my arrival *** double the price on parts. I did not agree on it and we have had an argument, after which *** told me to get out. What a waste of time.

      This customer came into the shop on a day where we were booked out completely for two weeks, but we managed to fit him in because his job was simple. We told him it was an hour wait at least, after ***** mins, he walked into the shop bays, even though there are signs everywhere saying no customers allowed, the is 8-foot-deep bays that could easily injure a customer. My employee asked him to please go to the office and step out of the shop, so he did not get injured. He then responded by yelling and cussing at my employee, saying that he has a load and cannot wait any longer. My employee reminded him that we told him it would be at least an hour and he started getting in my employee's face stating it had already been forty minutes and we were going to start on his job immediately. My husband, the owner then walked out and asked the guy to calm down or to please leave, the guy then got in my husband's face and said no you will not make me leave you will do this job right now, right now. My husband said we could get to it in a few minutes, and this man this started pointing in my husband's face and threatening him & saying he will do it immediately, ** husband then asks that the guy to please leave, the guy says he will not leave and we tell him that we are calling the cops and he says you won't make me leave, you will work on my vehicle now, and we had to call the cops and put them on speaker for the guy to leave our shop. this review does not reflect our business, or our employees. this man did not want to wait and was being extremely aggressive and hateful to our employees because we could not get to him for another 30 minutes. he has left bad reviews for us on multiple websites, that does not reflect our business but rather his impatience with a company that only has two employees going as fast as they can.

      Also, I want to state that he says he had to wait two hours for us to get to him, this is false information. He only waited for *****, and that was why he was upset. He had been there for half the time we told him it would take but came in saying it had been forty minutes. The problem was we had to rearrange trucks to be able to pull him into a bay, and in order to do that we had to put the trucks back together. With only one technician in our shop that day and 8 trucks in our shop, this takes time. We would have gladly serviced this customer, and tried even after he came in yelling at us. I understood that he was rushed for time as he had a load to deliver, like every other customer in our shop, but we literally could not get him in for at least an hour because he had to move stuff out of the way for his truck to be able to get in. He had unrealistic expectations, and even after trying to explain over his yelling, he demanded we get him in immediately, which was not possible as trucks were in his way. I really hope this review is not posted and this guy has time to calm down and realize that he's putting false information on a small struggling business for simply not being able to work fast enough for him. He also stated that no one else would be able to get him in for another few hours, which is why we let him squeeze into our schedule and jump multiple customers ahead of him. Some of those customers did not mind waiting. But it still was not good enough for him. We tried to be helpful but regret ever telling him yes because now we have bad reviews that should've never happened. I would understand if we went over the time we promised him or did a bad job on his truck. He is stating that we also told him prices were one thing, and then changed it. This is false, we never did that and don't know why he has said this. His entire review is a lie except for that part where he says we made him leave, the argument was true as well, excpet for the part about it being over parts, ***** was never qouted on anything, we do not give estimate or pricing over the phone. we had to have the part number when he got here, and we couldn't price him until he pulled into the shop, and we got the part number off his truck.
