    I brought a 2018 ********* here not even 4 months ago and soon enough after buying it the car started jerking really bad ! I told them that it was jerking and they had me come into the shop to get it fixed they ended up fixing a water pump something that had nothing to do with the car jerking and I paid $200 for the deductible ended up going going again because it got worse and they switch something else up also paying another $200 after that I took the car to my trusted mechanic and got a second opinion and he said all modules should be replaced I told the shop and they said it didnt need replaced only one of them so they only replaced one after this I ended up going 3 more time after talking to the manager also paying $200 each visit and the jerking problem didnt get fixed I finally stood up and told them that I couldnt be paying $200 everytime when they clearly didnt know what they were doing they told me to give them another chance to check and turns out it was the transmission the did the whole process with checking for lead and replace the transmission they assured me everything was good and gotten fixed but the moment I left the shop it started jerking again so I called them and told them and they said that its normal since car is getting used to a new transmission now its been almost a month car is still jerking and have to take it back to the shop for the 7th time I have work ,I have place to be ,I have errands to run,bulls to pay , and all they can say is oh well you have to leave the car here so we can take and look and see if we can fix it . Either they fix my car how it should be or they trade me for another I tried trading and they said the cant that I have to give another down payment for another car like what !!!!! All I want is a good working car that Im paying hundreds for ?????? They have ever thing in file to show How many times ive been there.

    Very displeased l have had oil leak issues since l got my Lexus October last year six times in the shop on it way again.Been in rent car more then l have my Lexus. A bad deal for what lm paying for it not right. Owner or manager has not replied to none of my calls,worse deal ever.
