I have been trying to contact the Regional Manager, ****, nearly every day for several weeks regarding multiple issues with my vehicle after having my brakes replaced at the Mavis store in ******. Since I have not been able to get an answer via telephone, I am hoping this email will get someone's attention. On 12/30/22 I took my vehicle to get my brakes replaced as a preventative maintenance measure. The manager, ********, seemed very stressed and said they could not keep a staff lately. But I had an appointment, so they said they would take care of it. They said I needed all 4 pads and rotors replaced and it would be done by the end of business day. They said they would even stay late if they needed to.It was getting close to closing time and I had not received a call so I called the store. The man who answered said that my vehicle is just really advanced and they need to call another store in the morning. He said something about my brakes being electric and it just felt like they obviously did not know how to work on my vehicle. I wish they wouldve just said that instead of trying to figure it out and causing the damage they have caused. He then asked me to go ahead and pay over the phone, before my car was complete. I was very uncomfortable with this, I asked if I needed to come to the store and he said no and asked me for my card number. He also asked for the street number of my home and my birth month. I have never been asked questions like that while making a payment over the phone and it really struck me as odd. I ended up freezing my credit that evening because it felt very unusual and off, the whole experience. I picked my vehicle up the next morning and noticed my sensor was still on but figured it would just take some time of me driving it to turn off.Weeks go by and my vehicle got increasingly louder underneath. It sounds like loose metal shifting and banging and was very alarming as I had never experienced this issue prior to taking my vehicle in to Mavis. On 2/7/23 I was getting increasingly anxious about the noises my vehicle was making and the sensor was still on so I stopped into a nearby Mavis in ********** because I was concerned about the safety of my vehicle. ****** was nice and said that they never connected my sensors back. He did not spend much time at all on my car, I just wanted to be sure I could make it home safe.Well, time goes on and the noises are getting increasingly louder and more alarming. I took my vehicle back to the ****** Mavis and told them what was going on and about how the ********** store said they hadnt connected the sensors. ******** said she would have it looked at. Before I was picked up by a friend, my vehicle was already up with the wheels of, so I thought great, theyll hopefully do the right thing. 5 hours go by and I finally get a call from ******** who says my car is ready that it was just the sensor. I asked her if they tried driving it to hear my concerns for themselves and she told me she would call me back. She called me back and said yes, it is very loud and that it is my suspension. I asked her what causes that and she dismissed me by saying wear and tear. My vehicle is only 6 years old and only has ****** miles on it. I asked her if it was safe to drive and she said yeah, just turn the radio up. At this point I felt so uncomfortable with this Mavis store I just wanted to go get my vehicle out of there and contact someone from corporate. I have been calling multiple times a week and have not been able to speak with anyone but the receptionists. They have advised me they would escalate and to no avail. Since I havent been able to contact the Regional Manager and my car seems worse every day, I had to take it to the dealership to be diagnosed. I am a single woman with only 1 vehicle and drive daily for my job. I cant wait any longer for this to be resolved. Clearly the Mavis store I went to does not want to take responsibility and did not tell the truth from beginning to end. Except maybe when she said she couldnt keep a staff, that I believe. The dealership told me today they have never seen such a terrible brake job. The invoice from the dealership states all the improper work that was done. Just to name a few of the issues, there are bolts missing, there are caliper springs put on backwards and one spring is missing, and worst of all, they never replaced my rear rotors!!! My invoice clearly states front and rear rotors. I am beyond frustrated. Based off the report and invoice from the Mavis and the dealership. I expect to be compensated for the diagnostic test, the repairs needed, the rotors I paid for that were not installed, my time wasted trying to handle this, and the negligence and fraud clearly shown by the employees at the Mavis ****** store.

Paid for an alignment and rotation/balance, but after 5 trips and 3 different Mavis stores I still don't have an alignment. I have a ruined tire and Mavis wants to suggest it is a wheel bearing, brakes, axle, etc - anything but an alignment. They cannot provide me with a reading of my camber and toe for the alignment so when I went to a local technician I saw just how badly it was out of alignment and why it has ruined 2 tires... Thanks for nothing Mavis!
