      I order the hair growth product in July of 2024 and it was shipped Aug. 5, 2024. After using the product my scalp broke out in hives. I did not see in growth after use.I am requesting a refund of $79.99. If you can assist, please do so.

      Transaction was on July 13, 2024. Amount paid $80.39. Allurium / Rennora Beauty committed to providing a product that would grow hair and was a product for black women experiencing hair loss. They also promised that if you were not satisfied full refund as long as it was within 120 days of purchase. Nature of dispute I have been trying to reach them and mailed their product back to them on August 22, 2024 which was returned by the **** RETURN TO SENDER VACANT UNABLE TO FORWARD. I have used provided emails and no response. This fake business has failed to make contact with me for a resolution. This company needs to be stopped and the fake doctor ********************* should not have a license.

      Good morning, Allurium Beauty withdrawn $67.99 out of my bank account without my permission on 4/30/24. In the email it said it is time for a renewal. I never ask for no renewal. I already have enough hair products from them. I believe they test my account to see if it was money in it to be withdrawn. It was for these four bottles of hair serum. I emailed them to refund my money because I haven't renewed any subscription and to remove me off their mailing and renewal list. I haven't heard a response yet.       I am a 73-year-old senior. I am retired since 2008 for serious health issues which have worsened!! I am also a proud U.S.Army Veteran & widowed ! I am so concerned, so disappointed, so saddened by the scamming, the *************** who exists amongst us today! Please I would appreciate anything you can do for me. I have promised myself I will Never Ever purchase anything else on line again Except for maybe Amazon and Im kind of IFFY about Amazon now. Thank you

      I filed this complaint with Allurium for No change in hair growth. I still have Bowedness in the same places. I need a refund. They did not Acknowledge that they receive my complaint. Their product did not work to regrow my hair. They guarantee money back if it does not regrow your hair in 120 days..       I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I contacted *** because I had no phone number or working email for allurium beauty to return my order, but I did find a email that worked and they were very understanding and they took care of my order. I am sorry I acted to hastily thank you, but it is taken care of.

      I ordered and payment was deducted from my bank account. I never received the product. Its been more than six weeks, I have contacted this company numerous times, i received one response after the first contact asking me to wait a few more days for the delivery. I did but have not received the product and have not had any other responses from this company. I would like to be refunded.

      June 15,2023 ***** and 49.99tsken for full product payment from my account. Delivery was not made and no refund given. I have contacted the company via email, no reply. They said did not have a mailing address, sent to the company via email. Still no refund and no product. Would prefer full refund and cancellation of order
