            I closed my account on September 21, 2022 due to a medical condition of not being able to lay down. My last 2 visits induced a severe migraines and vertigo which caused me to be bed-***** for 1-2 weeks each time (one a massage and one a facial). They neglected to close my account until I called and they found the paperwork in a stack. They confirmed that I could give my last 2 credits to someone else. Upon scheduling one of my credits for someone they told me I couldnt do that, despite already paying for them and not being able to use them due to my medical condition. And previously telling me I could give them to others.

            The last 2yr I have made appintment with them every month and every other time or more massage Envy call and canceled our appointment and now we have 10 appintments between the two of us that are paid for that we will not get back and they gave us 60 day to use them. The first one was canceled by them that month. The money we will lose ****** dollar. We had use the company over 5+ years and now we are have the problem with canceled appointments.
