From a service perspective, their service department is absolutely horrific. I was finally fed up with them when I brought my Jeep back in to have the check engine light inspected again. When I left the previous time, the light was still on. But I was too busy to stay and have them re-check it at that moment. This time when I asked them to deal with the engine light, they said they would need to charge me $189 for a diagnostic fee, even though I paid them a few weeks earlier to deal with it. They claimed they did not have a diagnostic order on any previous tickets. So reluctantly, I relented. Two hours later, they call to tell me that there is a cam shaft code coming up, and they need to spend another 3 hours to figure out what the issue is, which will cost me another $189 per hour. A total of $756 just to tell me why the check engine light is still on, after having my car serviced there a few weeks prior.I refused to be hassled any more by ********, my "service advisor". I picked up my Jeep, paid the original $189 diagnostic fee, and refused to pay the additional "miscellaneous and disposal fees". I then took my Jeep to another automotive technician a few miles away, who only charged me $200 to figure out what was wrong with the car, and to rectify the issue. He also replaced a dead light-bulb and rear windshield wiper blade, free of charge. Moreover, according to the new technician, the issue with the camshaft was due to someone damaging the harness during previous maintenance. Since the Mall of Georgia *********************** was the only one to work on that vehicle in 3 years, I'm assuming it was them. When I called to sort that out with Mall of Georgia Jeep, I was blatantly disrespected and hung up on. If you value your respect and your money, stay away from Mall of Georgia Chrysler Dodge Jeep service department!

Certified. That is a joke. I purchased a certified pre owned 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. While checking out the vehicle I did notice the rear Diff cover was damp at the top and around a couple of other bolts. It was not dripping but it was damp. The sales manager Niko Or ***** who later on I have found out is not the brightest kept telling me it was not leaking because it was not dripping. I tried to explain to him its not supposed to be damp around that and that was a leak not a major one but it was in fact leaking. I told them that I wanted to make sure it would be fixed if I have any issues getting Ming it covered under warranty. It also had a slight pull the the driver side, I assumed it just needed an alignment no big deal. I purchased an extended warranty during the finance where I specifically asked the finance guy if everything would be coveredsince it does have a lift kit installed, it is a mopar lift but I just wanted to make sure. He called right then and talked to someone and verified everything on it would be covered. We purchased the jeep and we headed home. Granted home is 2 hours away in Alabama. My wife was able to get free and was going to take it to get an alignment the following week, the alignment guy ( who we have used for years ) told her she needed to take a look at this and showed her where the jam nut is used to adjust your toe in or out is broke so the only thing holding the toe rod together is the tightening clamp he told her it needs to go to the dealer, and really should not be driven. So I took it to the closest jeep dealer to us which is in ******** **. And told them what is going on. They looked at it and looked it over and even they have deemed it unsafe to drive, so the list of problems is that the tie rod is broken, the drag link adjustment is broken it has two busted shocks, and the leaking differential cover (that I knew about.) For any one that does not know the tie rod is what connects your front two tires together

I recently purchased my very first car from here and it was a used 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I love it but the car buying experience was awful! I was lied to and ILLEGALLY forced to buy a warranty for the jeep to "get a lower APR rate" by law they were not allowed to do that and the bank that funded the deal said that was illegal. 3 weeks went by and my trade was not paid off yet AND my new Jeep had not even been funded yet! All while they were advertising and allowing test drives on my unpaid vehicle. I called the dealership for over a week to talk about this problem and they never got back to me then when they did, ***, the finance manager and, ****, the sales manager both raised their voices and got mad that I was right and they were in the wrong. They both knew what they did wrong and just illegal period. They gave me an ultimatum that was degrading and rude, they threatened to come repo my new jeep from me and telling me I had to make a decision within 5 hours of trying to get this issue resolved. All I wanted was the truth and they continued to lie to save themselves. They took a MONTH to pay off my trade in. *** continued to lie and turned the whole situation on me even though what he did is literally, plane and simple, ILLEGAL under fair lending laws! **** of America knows about the situation and made note of this and agreed what they did was illegal! All I wanted was a lower interest rate WITHOUT a warranty because I work at a dealership where I can get a warranty at a lower rate, they chose to continue to lie to me and gaslighting me to thinking it was all my fault. Then they made me come back to the dealership to re sign the contract without the warranty and they made me wait and *** was unavailable so I had to take time out of my work day to sign it a few days later even though they were ******* me to make a decision. *** was mad he got caught and lord knows how many people he has done this to! NEVER agree to an interest rate contingent on buying a warranty, that is illegal! I will never return here and *** should be fined and fired. IF he was actually a good finance manager then he wouldn't have to lie and try to cheat the system! **** of America is also staying up to date about this situation and they already know the illegal activity that goes on here and that is why this dealership only has one store and no sister stores. Horrible service and absolutely poor management, I was belittled and talked to like I know nothing! The only thing is that the sales person, ****** was great and none of this reflects him, it is sadly his bosses and the owner. ***** was great I feel bad he has to work with liars and cheaters!

Started the process of buying 2 Ram trucks from this dealership on Saturday 11/14/21, temp plate was even placed on one of the vehicles and we were given keys and drove the truck all weekend. When we went back on Monday to finalize the paperwork (this was not done Saturday because the new truck was missing a belt they borrowed for another truck) we got into the finance mangers office and he was trying to force extended warranty's down our throats which I kept declining because I can get them for a fraction of the cost through my employer. After declining the warranties the finance manager was visibly upset and even stated that "my warranty is better because it isn't a 3rd party company". Excuse me sir but your warranty is in fact through a 3rd party, all of them are done through a 3rd party! Anyways here is where is gets good... the truck we were purchasing was sold on Saturday to use for $51,000 that is what we signed on the buyers agreement but today the paperwork says $54,000 and when I asked the finance manager about it he got super hotheaded and tore up the papers in front of us acting like an immature child that didn't get his way. Dude I caught you trying to juke us out of $3,000 and you acting like that was rather hilarious! Instead of correcting the issue and selling 2 trucks and your business making over $120,000 you lost out. Oh and by the way we are business owners that were coming back to buy at least 3 more trucks from you within the next several months. After you calling the cops on us for saying we are illegal has definitely changed our minds and the joke is definitely on you. The young woman that was with us is an attorney and we are already working on a case.

The customer who works at a local credit union was trying to commit bank fraud through one our preferred lenders, which is why we chose not to move forward with selling to two trucks. We never made any statement that the customer was illegal, just that trying to complete a Straw purchase was indeed illegal. The reason the police were called is because you refused to leave, and were making threats and allegations that we are raciest. You actually told us to call the police to get you to leave the dealership. We would love to go over all of this with your attorney should the day present itself.

I've had a terrible experience here. I took my town and country to them to repair the transmission under the powertrain warranty in 2019. When I received it back, after replacing the transmission, the transmission cooler (out of pocket), and a cat converter (OOP), it drove ok for a few weeks, then a mechanic noticed the transmission was not responding as it should when I got my oil changed. They knew I had recently replaced it, and told me to call Chrysler and let them know. I noticed the issue myself a few times that week so I did. My "service advisor", who had already been less than efficient during my initial repair, completely blew me off when I called. I thought, "OK, maybe this isn't a big deal--maybe a bit of sluggishness in reverse isn't something to worry about". My cousin, a mechanic, drove the car about a month later and told me the transmission needed to be checked. I had not mentioned anything to him about the previous mechanic noting this. This was at the beginning of the Covid shutdown, so I wasn't driving the car and after a few weeks of it sitting, drove it one morning and the problem was much more defined. I called my service advisor. He again tried to get rid of me. In my desperation, I told him I could put him in touch with one of the mechanics who had initially noticed the problem and maybe they could explain it better. I gave the number of the first mechanic, who had done business in this area for a long time and is well-known and well-respected. He promised to call me right back once he spoke to them. About 2 hours later I'd had no word so I called the advisor back: he told me he "wasn't able to get in touch with my husband". Excuse me? He had called the other mechanic asking for "[my name's] husband". I explained the situation again and asked him to let me know what to do. Eventually he called back and told me, reluctantly, that I could bring the car in and they would look at it. I took the car over to them. They told me I would need to leave the vehicle for a few days so they could test drive it. I got a rental since they were "unable" to provide one even though I had just spent multiple thousand dollars at the dealership and was having to bring it back. Days went by. I heard nothing. I started calling and after nearly a week, got a response from my service advisor stating they couldn't find anything wrong with the car even though they had taken it for a test drive (in fact they had not)--the car was usually reluctant to shift into reverse when cold, but it didn't do it every single time. I asked if they could figure out what *might* be wrong based on the observations of both mechanics, and check whatever that would be. He said he would call me back. He did not. As I could not get him on the phone I eventually texted him the same question--Can you check what it would be even if you can't "get it to do it"? I got no answer. After another week I texted him again asking for the status on the car. He responded simply, "The car has been waiting here for you to pick up". NO ONE TOLD ME THIS! IN THE MEANTIME, I HAD PAID PREMIUM RENTAL PRICES FOR NEARLY A FULL MONTH DURING THE PANDEMIC--ALMOST $1000, WHILE I THOUGHT CHRYSLER WAS WORKING ON MY VEHICLE! When I went to pick up the vehicle, my service advisor barely interacted with me. When I got my car, they gave me a piece of paper stating "test drove vehicle three times" and that the transmission did not exhibit the problem--interestingly, the miles in and out (which were correct--I always check these when dropping off and picking up my car WERE 1 MILE DIFFERENT. HOW DID YOU TEST DRIVE MY CAR THREE TIMES AND NOT PUT MORE THAN 1 MILE ON IT!!?? It was clear to me that my car had just been sitting there for the past month while my service advisor ignored my calls and texts and while I paid nearly $1000 for a rental car. This is some of the worst service I have ever had anywhere. Even worse, now that I am starting to drive again over the past couple of months, the transmission is becoming increasingly problematic. It is sluggish, it bucks and shifts late and HARD, it revs high, it takes a while for it to go in reverse, it does not have enough power many times when I accelerate, or it has power but it takes a long time--in short, it is acting just like it was before the transmission went out last time. It is NOT fixed. Now that I haven't driven the car for nearly a year following my failed attempt to have someone at Chrysler look at it, we are nearing the warranty expiration for the work done in late 2019, and this may have been the point. I am multiple thousand dollars in repairs in the hole plus $1000 in rental car fees (a rental that I should NOT have had to provide for myself following a repair of that magnitude, especially while they kept my vehicle and PRETENDED to test drive it) and the transmission on my car is still acting up--if I could attach a short video here I could show you how obvious this is for anyone who cares to investigate.
