I ordered 5 items listed on their website in early spring. In August emailed the company to check on eta of items. I then received a return email with invoice for 5 items and paid the $354.95 by credit card. I received 4 of the items by mail. The 5th item price is $95.99 which they said would be shipped separately. I have not heard back from company for over a month despite sending multiple emails. I have not received the missing item or received a tracking number. There is no phone number to reach the company. The number I googled is disconnected.Initial Complaint

Shipping Charges.13.55 Total including Shipping.55.53 Was set to pay from paypal credit but received no invoice to pay, they will not respond to three emails to them regarding this order? I feel like this is not a real retailer and would like to purchase from reputable seller, these were to be Christmas gifts! I do not want some fraudulent company trying to take my money from me when I can look for items as gifts else where and make sure I am dealing with a reputable company this company is playing games and just refusing to respond to my emails regarding this order or if they have it or plan to send it? Now I just want to make sure it is cancelled and move on to a legitimate store to make my purchase's! These were to be gifts for Christmas this year! I need to feel free to order somewhere legitimate and not get charged from fraudulent company
