Bought a car from there and got *** Insurance, the car was totaled and they took 3 month to work on the claim, my credit was shut they dont want to be responsible for what the *** Insurance want to pay, they are responsible because they sell that insurance to the people, they need to know what kind of product are they selling Someone has to be responsible!!!!!Review from Peter L

I traded in a car that I bought from this dealer. I bought GAP coverage when I financed this car. It has been a little over a month now, and I have not received my GAP refund. I've tried to call ALM numerous time to inquire about my status. I've sent emails, left voice mails. WHAT A FREAKING HEADACHE. AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU CANReview from Byron P

DONT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I have has the car 2 days . And the ac compressor doesn't work. Radio amp doesn't work. Headlight wiring is messed up. And check engine can on. On my way home. I and does not willing to pay for anything. I don't recommend this dealership. He told me 3 times yes everything works good on it everything. And that's not true. He will clear the check light and flush the ac just to get it to work for 10 mins DONT BUY from this dealership. He will cover up all the problemsReview from Brad C

Would leave a negative star if I could. Purchased a car in February, and still have not received tag almost 3 months later. Dealership refuses to submit for tag even though I have been paying for the car for 3 months. Completely inept staff. Buyer beware.Review from John M

Dishonest dealer:Ran credit without consent.Tried to change my son %12 interest on the car.Avoided showing the car fax until the end and the car had a lemon title.
