      This company sold me a Lemon. I drove the car for 4 months before having to place it in the shop. That gave me a warranty to a company that didnt help fix my problem.

      On April 13, 2024 I purchased a 2013 *** 650 vehicle cash from Classic Luxury Motors located at **************************************. The car was listed online for $13,999 but at the dealership with their taxes included I paid $15,500 cash to the store manager ****. A day before I purchased the car **** told me he had just put a brand new transmission in the car, the *************** changes were recently done on the car thats what interested me so I trusted that and I didnt purchase any warranty. Nearly one hour later from me leaving ********* to go home in *********** Ga the car stops on side on the road with two kids and it didnt cut back on. The owner after several of hours got the car towed to his mechanic and gave me two options either they want me to pay an addition $7,500 to replace the motor or they can refund me $9,000 of the $15,500 I paid for their replacement motor. I didnt enjoy the car for not even two hours I feel that they didnt handle the situation properly. Please advise.

      05/31/2023 I finance a 2014 Infinity QX80 from classic luxury motors, ********************************************************** my way home I heard a noise so when I got home the next day on 05/01/2023 the truck would not start so I had my roadside insurance to come out. They told me the starter was going out, so I took it to *******. automotive in ************ ********* they put the starter on my gap insurance paid for it, but they could not fix the other problems which were air compressor for airbags, 1.0 were out and something wrong with the front and back axles. also missing driver side fog light 1.5 so I went to infinity University in **********. Because I can only get the parts from them.I set up and appointment for next week but idk if the truck will make it. I called the dealership where I got the car from the next day and he said he would pay for it all but when I arrive to the car shop he had a change of mind and told me to use my insurance so I used the gap insurance and had to pay $100out-of-pocket and they paid 600.. well that was just for the starter the other problems or not fixed and hes telling me its not his fault I should have checked all that stuff out before I left the lot I told him no I asked him for a car fax, and he told me that he didnt have one and the car is in perfect condition believe him I also told him my situation I have three boys I have to take back-and-forth to school and to their mothers house and I also work so I need it to be reliable and he told me to trust him so I did and look what happened and now I called him. He has an attitude on the phone being unprofessional so I just need help with my situation if you can call me at ************. Thanks.

      08/19/2022 I purchased a 2009 **** F350 for ****** from Classic Luxury Motors *********************************************************************** . I was told before purchasing the vehicle from the salesman **** that i could bring the vehicle back if i had any problems and that the car had been inspected by their shop, after taking it to my shop the vehicle has major issues ******** dollars worth of problems . **** is now saying they don't have a return policy and i'm stuck with the vehicle.

      I purchased a used vehicle from Classic Luxury Motors in ****** ** the date of the purchased and signed **** of sale was March 15. I had the vehicle transported to my residence in ** but they did not include the original documents of the **** of sale, title etc for me to register it with the state of VA DMV. I have reached out multiple times for the documents and have not gotten them nor have they followed back up with me to let me know the status. I continue to receive very vague communication. As of right now all I have is scanned documents from the sale and a loan I am paying on.
