On Thursday, June 2, 2022, we brought our vehicles to this business to have warranty work on a faulty window tent job. The only reason we went with this company in the first place was because they sold us a warranty that stated no matter what happens we will fix it for free no questions asked. Today when we went there we were told that our bubbling cracking faulty tinted window was our fault from a seatbelt striking the window continuously. I tried more than a dozen times to mimic and re-create how a seatbelt could possibly hit the window in that area causing this to happen and was unsuccessful. We spoke with the owner and he gave us a run around telling us that it was still our fault.Business response

3Ms lifetime limited warranty for Color Stable covers bubbling, peeling, fading, and changing colors. There isnt a better warranty for a window film. We have never, nor ever would, offer a warranty against anything and everything. A warranty (like all warrantys) covers defects in material.
Seatbelt nicks on the drivers window is a common problem. It is caused when unbuckling the belt with your left hand and releasing it allowing it to impact the glass or door panel. Our commercial van has them on the drivers door window and I offered to show *****. ***** refused and said he didnt care. I tried to explain how a warranty works and he just yelled over me. I offered to show him how the nicks occur but he refused the explanation and called me a dipshit.
No warranty covers abuse.
