      I bought a new ****** from Jeff Smith Kia ***** ** *** from Rudy. I've had nothing but issues since. going on 2.5 years now the dealer has refused to acknowledge or address/repair. I've wasted countless hours (about an hour drive round trip to the dealer). 1) Front 2 windows tint needs replaces so as not to have bubbles in it and the rubber window stripping was sliced. It had tinted windows when I drove it off the lot. After buying I noticed that the tint had bubbles, was cut poor. I took it to the dealer and left it for about a week. They then called me part way through and said that they (Rudy insisted he sold it to me without tint) then I called back and talked to the Manager Courtney. I was told to come pick up. After they had it about a week, then before I got there they called to say that they were going to replace it and did so. I took delivery of vehicle, before driving out of the garage bay told them there there is still bubbles in the new tint. They said "they bubbles will work out after about 8 days" I knew this wasn't true but went ahead and gave them the benefit of the doubt. After a few weeks I showed in person and he agreed it was a horrible job. (conversation recorded). I was then told the number of the tint shop, that they would cover the cost of replacement however I would have to take it myself. I called the shop and he said I would have to leave it and wait around 3 hrs to have it all scrapped off plus drive time. I have mentioned the tint to them since in person and in writing (have a copy of the document I handed them at my oil change on) and they won't address it. I wasn't even able to address my first concern without running out of space so I deleted some details to give a summary. Have already contacted corporate twice, refused to help. 1) Tint 2)Leaking Coolant 3) Rattling Seat 4) Traction Control Light/All warning lights on 5) Cruise control doens't catch and engine revs 6) Last oil change they refused to accept my oil change coupon

      This business DOES NOT deserve the single star I HAD to give them in order to post this review. My father is a 78-year-old widower with a pickup truck as his only means of transportation. He resides in ***** where the Commercial Vehicle Centre is located behind the dealership in the same town so naturally, he wanted to patronize a business in his own town for repairs. The short story is this department led by Peter G*****, the Commercial/Fleet Service Manager and his assistant, Kristen C**** do not get along with each and therefore choose not to communicate, particularly Peter with Kristen which caused their customer, my father, to get caught in the crossfire. My father turned his vehicle in for repairs and after a MONTH from that date they were not ready to give him his vehicle back. In fact, most major repairs had been completed and the truck was drivable. The only remaining issue was an aftermarket part that controls the radio and heating and air system for the cab. My father asked after waiting for the first two weeks if he could pay for the remaining part along with the repairs already completed and bring his truck back in to them once the remaining part arrived. THEY TOLD HIM NO AND WOULD NOT GIVE HIM HIS PROPERTY BACK. Basically, they took advantage of an older gentleman who felt like he had to go along with their timeline in order to get his vehicle back. Mysteriously, when my husband called the manager and complained a month after they took possession of the vehicle, suddenly the truck was ready. They did not complete the final install of the remaining part but DID charge him. They are indeed shady liars who take advantage of their customer base. Do NOT take your vehicle to this business. From the reviews I've read on many other sites, this is not an isolated event. Deplorable and shameful, unprofessional and sickening is how I would describe an institution where SERVICE is what a customer is paying for.
