      They saved our trip and my marriage. Our sewer hose fell out of the storage compartment. We were two weeks into a two month trip and 2,500 miles from home. We were heading toward ***** and I located Blue Compass with an internet search for rv parts. And of course our trailer has a ******** hookup not always available. I called and spoke to Sarah and explained my situation in a panic. The next day when we got there I asked about ******** sewer hose hookups. Sarah #1 stated she taljed to me yesterday. Sarah #1 and Sara #2 were so pleasant and helpful. #1 located a ********-universal hookup adapter. My wife was double thrilled. I explained she could now go to the bathroom. These two young ladies understand customer service. They were just awesome.

      Be careful! Make sure you read the fine print. Make sure when you drive off with a brand new rv, you know it will lose 100,000 dollars in value. Awful customer service. Does not return calls. Will not let you speak to upper management.

      We have purchased our 3rd and last travel trailer from this dealership. Our 1st camper had a few issues that were repaired with no problems. We traded up for a bigger travel trailer for grandchildren. 1st trip out with 4 kids we had the converter to malfunction. Mobile tech and an electrician could not even find the converter. Electric fireplace caught on fire at 2:30 am with smoke detector going off and unit full of smoke. Storm came up, could not get awning in as converter did not work. After over 1000.00 out of pocket cost we returned unit to dealership for warranty work. Awning was denied and Midstate asked me to call ******* ***** to beg my case. Got it covered. Awning and fireplace were still waiting on parts, converter was not wired correctly. I wanted to exchange units as I believe there could be other wiring issues. After a fire, I refused to put my grandchildren back in it! Traded again and of course we are upside down on loan. They play with the figures to get bank to approve loan. ********************************************************!!! When reported to General Manager he was surprised. Tried contacting the company that owns them and they redirect the call to the dealership! We thought they were an honest small business that should be supported by local people. Never again! They also sold us a new hitch when the other hitch had a lifetime warranty!!! I found this out after the fact. They are liars and will play on new owners ignorance!

      The customers have been highly compensated thousands of dollars on the ****** to make sure that they were happy with there experience. They mentioned to us about not liking their old hitch so we replaced it with a new one. If they want their old hitch back, I will be happy to reimburse them. As far as our finance manager, he does not speak like that even around us. He has been here for over 5 years and not once had a complaint about this manager. We hope to end this and make this customer happy. Thank you!

      A huge regret to have purchased a brand new 20** ******** *** trailer on January 15th from Mid state RV sales rep Don L***** and Manager Brandon T******* in Byron, Ga. Had hoped to enjoy investing in the camper for having retired and served my country. I waited nearly three weeks for a registered metal tag which I did receive so I can take it and store it in *******. I immediately drove back to Mid state RV to pick up and take my new RV to ******* and sad to say, this dealership really must've thought that unlike the brand new pristine condition that it was in when I purchased it and the same, new pristine and undamaged state that it was still in when the nice porter Jason, who lead the walk through of my new investment weeks prior. Sadly, upon me ready to leave with it, this time, Don L***** obviously seemed that I would overlook the fact I didn't see the now damaged floor, how filthy the investment is now inside and out, the toilet seemingly unwrapped, used and visible soiled like water being present, Very poor presentation of delivery. Several directions were going back and forth among by Don and his immediate colleagues that inspected afterwards which resulted in me not being able to receive the delivery due to claim manager name Erica not being in and that it can take four weeks one porter there said to have floor replaced! Needless to say, I had to leave Byron, lose my RV storage spot that I had on a waiting list at a ******* air base to someone else. That same week I escalated by reaching Brandon T******* via email to express my frustration, that I reached out to Don who then called me three days later to say, he's working on it. In the meantime, I'm losing invested money not utilizing what I purchased. I will escalate further, it's almost March in a few days and there's no way that what's going on is going on. Waste of time, waste of business. Buy elsewhere. Thanks BBB to allow me this op to share to all, military or civilian alike. God bless!

      We purchased a brand new RV from Mid-State in Oct 21'; our sales and finance persons were both great and we felt really good about our deal. But that's where the good customer service ended and my struggle to get anything done by the Service Dept began. On the day of our walk-thru, Dennis spend over an hour with us going over everything on the RV. During that walk thru, we found 3 issues (2 minor, 1 major); they were annotated on the paperwork and we were told that when the parts came in, they would resolve all 3 issues at once. After 1 month with no status on parts, I started calling the Service Dept, but could never get anyone on the line or get a call back from the messages left. I also completed a request for service online and didn't get a reply from that either. I've tried reaching out my Saleman, Jeffray, and although he does return my calls, he's had no luck getting the Service Dept to call me back. What I should have done is left the RV there, I'm sure the issues would have been resolved since they would have wanted to make the sale. If I had known that it was going to be like pulling teeth to get this business to keep their word, I would have purchased from another dealership. Like others have said DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, it will be the biggest headache you've ever had dealing with getting any servicing done here.
