            A local cartel using and abusing customers in pain. Beautiful smiles dentistry at redbud,if you hear or are close to this place..please run. On July-2023 I called and scheduled a regular cleaning which is provided by my dental insurance for Free. Well, this local Dental Cartel found any and every possible way to add Extra charges..with a total of $135.00. I called ******* and we had a 3 way calling with this DENTAL CARTEL..and refused to explain why created this charges saying that I did not sign paperwork denied their charges but also refused to PROVIDE PAPERWORK WHERE ACCEPTED THIS CHARGES…KNOWING I REQUESTED AND SCHEDULED A REGULAR CLEANING.. I never ever Not Ever authorized those services or chargers. I am asking a reimbursement and removal of this unethical charges . I am willing to speak to the media as soon as possible…also I sent an email to a local financial group here in Georgia..his name is ***** ******

            They don't deserve a star. Do not pay for their fake insurance program that offers two free teeth cleanings and free x-rays. I paid over 300 dollars for my insurance and paid an additional 300 and something for my child to receive dental benefits. Let me tell you that it was all a scam. They denied me a cleaning and took x-rays. And that was all they would do. I tried scheduling an appointment to receive my free cleaning and never could get an appointment. My child had an appointment after several visits that went alright. A couple fillings nothing major. But one particular appointment I drove him to the appointment and when we arrived that he wasn't feeling good. I walked inside and explained to the Hispanic receptionist that my child wasn't feeling good and that he was out in the car. She told me not to worry about it. And I left. I then have been receiving text messages and phone calls wanting a fee for nothing. I didn't know that I should have let him go in and contaminate all their office personnel during post covid out- break. I wasn't negligent they were.
