      The owner, Robert, on September ** 2021 installed a brand new sink faucet and it leaked. He promised to send the receipt plus the warranty information in mail and did not. Then on September *** 2021 he replaced the cut value and the leak was still present. He promised to bring the receipt and warranty papers on September *** 2021 and did not. When asked to repair the faucet so it does not leak he became angry. On September *** 2021, he told me is does not schedule appointments and to call him when I get home and he would drop whatever he was going and come immediately. When I called him back and he once again became angry and said that he could not come. On Tuesday, September *** 2021 I asked for a refund since he refused to make the repair and he said he was not giving a refund. Also on that day he said he was not going to give me a receipt plus the warranty information and he doesn't have to. Mr. Brown, then hung up while I was still speaking.

I tighten leak on lavatory. ********* and I inspected the area that had the leak, and found that there was no longer a leak. on ******** ********* called back and said that she saw a leak. I informed her that I could come by that day, but not right then. ********* said that she was going out of town. I told her that I could come on X-XX-XX at 11am, but because of an unforeseen circumstance, I could not come at that time, but I would come as soon as possible after the matter was resolved. *** ***** got on the phone and demanded me to come at that time. *** ***** became hostile so I hung up the phone. I have no I idea who *** ***** is. I had no dealings with her. I only had dealings with *********. Robert *****, *** Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/10/04) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The first day of service was September ** 2021. In addition, on September ** 2021, Robert ***** ** was getting ready to walk in the house without shoe covers. He did not have shoe covers so my mother supplied him with shoe covers. I am her daughter and I have been speaking with Robert ***** *** for my mother because he became irate with her. Robert ***** *** became even more enraged when I asked again for the receipt plus warranty papers and if he were licensed/bonded. My mother is requesting a refund because he has refused to complete the work and my mother is very uncomfortable to be around him. My mother witnessed how outrage Mr. Brown was on the phone. In addition, Robert ***** ** has repaired a tub faucet for me in the same house; therefore, he knows she is my mother. As of October ** 2021, Robert ***** *** still has not provided a refund. He has not given my mother the receipt or warranty information as she requested.
