We hired Apex to build our fence, a 177ft 4 board ranch rail with galvanized mesh. The sales **** ********************** discussed at length with us how far we wanted our fence to go out to on the right as we have trees on that side that make fencing our whole property difficult. In the end, we chose a spot that came out almost midway though the right side of our property and the rep very specifically pointed to a small tree to indicate where the fence would come to and that the fence would be on the right side of that small tree. We all agreed on this and were told that the drawings for the crew would show exactly what we discussed and everything would be ******* clear for them. May 19th, the crew showed up and started working, however only one person on the crew even understood a word of English and even that was pushing it. The crew was confused on the plans and we could not communicate with them properly to get things sorted out. In the end, we thought they understood what they were doing and left only to come home to find that they put up the fence 15ft to 20ft closer to the house than discussed which decreased the overall amount of fenced property we have, and in fact where the fence is was NEVER even a point we discussed it ending at. After talking with someone about this issue, they sent **** out to take a look and he AGREED that the crew installed the fence incorrectly offered the options of them coming out to fix it or giving us a discount on the price. We chose the discount to save us and them the time and money of fixing it. Now they have changed their minds and claim we somehow "gained" from this mistake they made and refuse to give us anything off the price. They want to send another person out, someone out who was VERY rude to us and ultimately hung up on us while trying to discuss a date they could come out yet again. This company has not only failed to complete the work we agreed upon, but they have utterly failed to keep their word at nearly ever turn.
