Southeast did some mitigation and restoration work for me beginning in July 2022. The mitigation team was great, but the restoration team was not. The work continued through November of that year. By February of 2023, we had the same issue with water damage in the same areas that they supposedly repaired. We had to begin the **************** with a different company. The roofer they recommended, although very nice, led us to believe the roof was in good condition. We had the roof replaced by another company after we incurred damage a second time.I have reached out to them with continuing issues with the refinishing of our hardwood floors (Chitner Floors). Shortly after the floors were refinished, I noticed the finish coming off in high traffic areas. Both the job manager, **** and ****** from the flooring company came out and said we'd had additional water damage. They basically washed their hands of the job.I regret hiring Southeast to do the work in the first place. I have spent almost 2 years dealing with this claim. In the end I am stuck with redoing my floors again.

It is very unfortunate that the customer has experienced a second leak in her home from the roofer that she hired outside of Southeast Restoration. We were hired by the customer to repair interior damages resulting from a roof leak as part of an insurance claim. Being that roof leak was not a covered part of the claim, it was her responsibility to hire someone to complete those repairs. If she believes that roof was not properly repaired, she should contact the company that made those repairs. She and her insurance adjuster have confirmed that there was a second leak, almost a year after our work was completed, and that the floor sustained damage as a result of the leak. Southeast stands behind our workmanship warranty, but it does not cover damages from other contractors or things beyond our scope of repairs.Review from Betty M

After an unfortunate water heater leak my insurance company sent Southeast Restoration to assist with my damage. Everyone I've engaged with has been extremely professional and personable. They have made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. **** and ****** worked so hard removing my damaged/wet flooring, installed the fans and dehumidifiers and stayed in communication with me on what to expect. ****** came out that first day and let me know when he would be back to do my estimate. I would recommend Southeast Restoration to everyone.Review from James P

Quality work. Very good communication along the way. If any issue arose during project it was always resolved to my full satisfaction. Honest work crews on site that never had me worry that any belongings might disappear. Highly recommend!Review from Jeff B

I have nothing but great things to say. After 2 trees and a massive limb hit our house southeast restoration came right away to tarp of our roof as well as remove the trees/limb. They have always been very professional and have always kept in touch and have been easy to reach when I have had a question. I would use them again and again and would recommend them to anyone! I had an upstairs utility room leak (hot and cold water) that ran for a day before being caught. It ruined the flooring in the utility room, the hallway and two bedrooms upstairs, plus the floors, ceilings and walls in the downstairs foyer, bathroom, hallway and kitchen. I called my insurance and Southeast Restoration Group was there the next day, removing the damaged material and setting up dehumidifiers and blowers to dry the area. I could not be happier with the work that they did over the days that they were there. Kept me up-to-date on everything that was being done and what would need to be done later. Now that the demolition and clean up is done, I am looking forward to working with them on the restoration of the property. We had a neighbors massive oak fall along side our house and damage the roof and one room. We were fortunate the damage was not worse and we were not hurt. Southeast Restoration Group (***) was one of three general contractors our insurance agents office recommended. A friend also recommended ***. The *** estimator was able to meet with our insurance adjuster on-site the day after the tree fell. They worked well together and we received a fair and reasonable estimate in two days. We were happy with the roofing and painting/drywall subcontractors brought in by ***. The process went smoothly. We were especially appreciative of ***s on-site coordinator, *******. He always helpful, understanding, and professional. We were always happy to see him. We signed off on the restoration work with him today. :)Review from Wallace B
