For the past three plus years, I have scheduled routine maintenance for my residential HVAC unit. Two years ago I experience a leak from my AC cooling unit. Included in the yearly plan, unexpected system failure can be triage by Premier Indoor Comfort Systems for a fee. In each instance Premier Indoor Comfort Systems sent a AC repair person to find a source to repair the leak. Every diagnostic of the leak, costly service repair was recommended to repair the leak. After each repair was paid and completed the leak remained. July 5 Premier Indoor Comfort Systems was contacted again. An authorized AC repair person was sent out and stated that there was no system failure but my drip pan was cracked. This was not shown to me as the consumer. Again another costly service repair was recommended to fix this on-going leak in addition to quoting other recommended costly fixes that equated to over $2k. After this visit, I was able to receive a second inspection that recommend a quick fix of a $5.00 plug to close the the condenser tank area.Initial Complaint

I purchased an entire HVAC system in September 2019 for nearly $9,000 that has never worked properly. After acknowledging problems with the initial install and extending my warranty several times, the company came and replaced a zone board that was apparently causing issues. That did not solve the problem. The company was again notified multiple times that the system was not cooling properly. They then claimed the motherboard was malfunctioning which was supposedly entirely coincidental. They replaced the motherboard and the system yet again began having issues. I can only run one zone at a time and hope for the best. My home cannot cool properly. They came out as recently as last year and claimed my Freon was low (something that should NOT happen unless I have an Freon leak). They added ***** but refused to do any more troubleshooting, claiming I would have to pay $500 for a test to see if there was a Freon leak or not. Fast forward to this year and the system STILL is not cooling. I cannot get my home below 83 degrees and it is 77 degrees outside. I have been living with a malfunctioning HVAC unit for nearly 5 years and the company refuses to fix the problem - they now claim my unit is no longer under warranty. I have never experienced such incompetence and bad faith with any appliance or home service in my life. I want this company to provide me with a refund or install a PROPERLY WORKING system in my home. I am literally at my wits end. I refuse to pay them to come out yet again to fix a new system that THEY installed that has NEVER worked since DAY ONE.
