      Had them build an inground pool and spa a year and a half ago. It started leaking almost immediately and they sent leak detection out and found two leaks, but the pool is still leaking over a half an inch a day. Last contact was in June when the owner said he'd have leak detection come out again and try and fix it. I've tried contacting the owner and the son in law many of times with no response back.The spa drains into the pool when the pump is off, which forces water into the pool and out the overflow drain. Was insured they'd fix it and install a valve to cut the drain line off when the pump was off to isolate the spa so we didn't lose water. They never attempted to complete that.I just was this pool fixed

      We contracted Ideal Landscape to do a job in our backyard. In April, we gave them a deposit of $4,000 with the understanding that work would begin the third week of June. We contacted them after the Fourth of July to ask about an updated time. We were told that it would begin the first of August. We received an email from the company on August 17 that "Ideal Landscape Solutions LLC is closing its doors. Unfortunately Ideal will not be able to complete your project. " I responded to that email with a request of refund for our deposit. To date, I have not received a reply. I have also been told that Ideal Landscape LLC has closed their office in ****************** and begun operations in *******.

      April 19, 2023 - I paid 50% of amount quoted for a landscape project for Ideal Landscape Solutions LLC to install new sod and trees at my property.Check#**** in the amount of $3,852.50 Project was scheduled at end of May. Then it was delayed and then scheduled for July 6, 2023. Since then, they have not provided a new schedule to install the sod and trees. Upon multiple requests, they only reply back with "we are working on a new schedule."August 17, 2023 - received an email from Accounting at Ideal Landscape Solutions LLC stating "Ideal Landscape Solutions LLC is closing its doors. Unfortunately Ideal will not be able to complete your project." They do not provide any indication of refunding my deposit. I have called and emailed them. Left one voice message.

      We engaged Ideal Landscape Solutions on 6/5/23 to perform work on our backyard and deck. We paid an initial deposit of $58,534 (40% of the total project) on 6/5/23. They have not started any demolition/construction, and the company has left the **************** with our full deposit. Our main point of contact, ***********************, has only provided vague, nonspecific responses when we request a full refund. He has not provided any refund nor details of when or how he will be returning our deposit. The owner of Ideal Landscape is listed as *************************, who appears to be the spouse of ******. Online reviews of this company over the past 2 weeks show that they have money from at least 6 other families. We have spoken with local vendors who are also unable to get their outstanding bills paid. It appears that the company has fully relocated to *****, **.

      Entered into agreement in June 2022 in the amount of $108K for landscaping services to include engineered retaining walls, stacked stone fireplace, paver patio, and more. Paid 50% deposit of $53K. Job was to be completed around Thanksgiving 2022. Work started in October 2022. Contractor would show up a few days a week for partial days which then subsided to one day a week and then weeks in between. We have made numerous requests for contractor to complete job. Eventually in June 2023, at my rope's end, I visited the contractor's office during business hours to discover it closed. There was one subcontractor present who informed me that all subcontractors had quit due to non payment and that day was his last day. I was also informed that the contractor was selling off equipment and "going under". As of today, only 25% of work has been done. Additionally, I have had several other contractors visit the project site and provide the opinion that the work that has been done does not meet engineering standards. In July, I sent demand for refund of $23K of deposit and cancellation of the agreement. To date, there has not been a satisfactory response. As a result, I plan to file a legal action and seek judgment for the full deposit in addition to damages. Contractor also damaged property including driveway, drainage, sprinkler system and more. In addition, per my own research, I have discovered that contractor has sold their personal residence, moved to *******, and registered company to do business in ******* as of January 2023. All the while however, from January **************************************************** to believe that my project would be completed. Last time contractor was on site was May 2023.

      I am having a pool and outdoor kitchen put in my backyard. I was told the project would be completed by July 4th but we are not even close to completion. Nobody will give me a timeframe for completion and nobody will answer or return phone calls. They have only been on site 2 days in 2 months. The owner keeps telling me they have a plan and to be patient, but he wont answer any of my questions. I asked him if they were going bankrupt it he wont respond.

      We paid a total of $207,883.75 for pool construction and total invoices were $202,791.00. Ideal Landscape owes ** $5,092.75. We have been ghosted, I have emailed the owner, texted them, and nothing. I have gone to the physical location of the business and no one answers. Work was left unfinished at our house. I spoke with previous employees who have not gotten paid.

The nature of this dispute is "Deceptive Billing Practices", "Unethical Business Conduct", "Intentional Soliciting Strategies", and ************************** Leadership", as this matter was conveyed via email yet needs immediate attention for actions to cease at once. Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: The business has not responded to any of the emails in the past hence submitting future invoices for payment on unauthorized services via terminated contract. Please reference the multiple invoices we received and note that Invoice #***** dated November 2021 was paid for $390 of services that were NOT rendered at ********************************************************************************************.

      We had switched our CRM and Billing software platforms back in October of 2021, It transferred the clients account information and billing for services to our new program. We were unaware this was not canceled in our a system and continue to **** the client. Ideal will refund the $390 for the services not performed during November of 2021 and will no future invoices will be sent. We apologize for the inconvenience .

      We apologize for the delay getting you this refund but we had multiple people in our office, including myself come down with covid and was out of the office the last few weeks. We mailed a check to the ************************* address early last week and you should of received this by now. Please let me know if you have not and I will look into this further.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Ideal Landscape Solutions LLC mailed a check #**** for $390, which was received on Tuesday, August 8, 2022 via USPS.  Accordingly, it was deposited into the ********* *************************** reserve account via Chase Bank.
