This business uniform shop Scrubs Essentials vendor came to our hospital in ************ ******* on 11/15/22 to sell scrubs to our staff on site. I paid for my nursing shoes and took them with me, however However, since they didn't have all the sizes of my scrubs they were taking orders and would ship them to us within two weeks. I paid for my orders at that time with invoice/receipt available. On Dec 5th, I reached out to the shop in ****** ** to inquire about my order by phone and a nice lady answered. , I was told that the manufacture: Cherokee and Healing Hands was merging their company and orders to them would be delayed another two weeks. I waited again, Early January ******************************************************* to inquire again this time no answer, unable to leave a message, voice mail full. Sent several emails starting in Jan 2023 with no response I have attempted multiple calls and emails without a response to get the uniforms that I have paid for back in November. I assume to vendor went out of business. My bank will not be able to reimburse as its a Merchant Purchase but a dispute has been filed. I would like my money back at this point for my scrubs I paid for but never received in the amount of $81 and change
