We called in an order on 11/12/22, my guess and the local stores guess was that our call went through the call center. We placed an order over the phone (a little over $50) and paid over the phone. When we went to pickup our pizza at the store number that we called to place the order, out order was not there. They looked in the computer for our order, but found nothing. I drove to the other 2 stores in our zip code and they also didn't have our food. We tried calling the original number where we placed the order through and no one could tell us where our food was. We never received our food. We didn't receive a confirmation or anything when we placed our order. We sent a complaint through their website, they reached back out saying that a manager from a Canton store would reach out. He did, told us to give him a call with no contact information in the email. I responded and asked for a number and never received a response. I also filed another complaint through Dominos webpage and have still not heard anything. Please help assisst with this matter. We only want our money back for the food that we never received.
