            Purchased vehicle from America Car-Mart in December at the Carrollton Georgia Location. This vehicle was purchased with the plan they offered for vehicle repairs.. etc which is added to payment of vehicle. I was told my car needed a transmission that I had to pay to have a diagnostic test. They picked the car up from that repair shop to take to another and since then I have not seen my vehicle going on two weeks! *** called and spoken to almost every person in the office to only be told that I will get a return call that NEVER WAS RECEIVED. At this moment I feel as if I am getting the runaround! *** even spoken to the manager who said she would call me back and never did! No one is telling me anything and this is a vehicle purchased for my child to drive back and forth to school in and this has definitely caused a lot of extra planning for her getting back and forth. This company is unprofessional and I now want half of my money back to take elsewhere because nothing is being done about this. I am paying for a vehicle that no one in the office will contact me back to update me on the repairs.

            I come here to warn others that carmart will stick you with a vehicle and not take care of the mechanics when they need to until it is out of warranty then to only say we are sorry and will cover half leaving the buyer responsible. Also the service manager of Carrollton GA carmart CASSY is a liar to every customer and is not professional at all. All of this should have been handled 2 weeks after the car was purchased when I had to keep adding oil ** my vehicle needed a new motor that they neglected to want to fix and they should cover all fixes. Instead they give you the run around and when we go to the mechanic shop one of the car lots employees come down there talking about my mother like all is okay. This place is a joke and I highly recommend you walk before ever buying a car from here!!
