On 1/29/24 I hired the above company to repair two leaks in my hot water line. The company came to my home after hours to fix said leaks. They left to go get materials they may or may not need to fix the leaks. Came back and then a few minutes later texted me to say they were done. I promptly paid them and then asked for the piping as there is a class action suit against the manufacturer of this pipe. The business said they had left the pipe downstairs and that they would send me a detailed letter with everything they had done. There was no pipe to find as they did not fix the leak. I have called and called with no resolution. I did a ****** review stating the facts of this encounter. They then responded and accused me of insurance fraud. The leaks are ongoing in my basement right now until the repiping company can come to replace all, or I find a reputable plumber. If need be I have time stamped video of the leaks. A text thread between me and the company, as well as older receipts from prior leaks fixed my another company I had been using. The invoice says no leaks which I assumed as they had been resolved. The company did not examine the piping as the insulation had not been removed.
