Mike Bell Chevrolet sold me a truck with a 6,000$ oil leak beneath it. I shouldn't say "A" I should say 3. One on the rear sump, upper oil pan, and rear main seal. They stated they missed the oil leak, but I would put my hand on the bible and swear they didn't. They didn't want to deal with it and passed the issue on to me. I don't believe with how long the truck was in service and that the trained technician that changed the filter and oil didn't notice the oil everyone on the bottom of the truck. I called and called and called to get it resolved but to no avail. I was told they would take care of it until I sent them a quote from a diesel mechanic. ***** said it was "outrageous." How do you think I feel about it? I feel cheated. I feel like they were dishonest. They added warranties and optional things without disclosing the price. The finance manager on my deal told me what they were but never disclosed prices. I would've never proceeded with it. The warranty doesn't cover pre-existing conditions so its just another thing I have to pay for. I called a few times to get a refund on those two options but always get the "that guy is off today we will call you back later." which never happens. I have to call there multiple times to get in touch with anyone to hear the same story again. I would like the truck fixed or for them to buy the truck back. I went to them because their website advertises and I quote directly from their website, "If you are looking for a quality used vehicle, that quality and confidence you want for the road ahead? If so, we here at Mike Bell Chevrolet have some great news for you. Our dealership offers a wide selection of used vehicles for you to choose from." To say I feel like I was done unfairly is an understatement. I just want a fair resolution that makes sense on my part. But apparently that is impossible to achieve. I've tried being nice.

I purchased a 2020 ****** WRX from Mike Bell Chevrolet on 4/22. Since purchasing the vehicle the check engine light came on. I took the vehicle to the ****** dealership. The ****** dealership advised me that they will not work on the car due to aftermarket modifications. This has been the case with 3 other service centers. When I reached out to ***************** I was advised I purchased the vehicle as is. That is an unacceptable resolution. ***************** knowingly sold me a vehicle that cannot even be serviced let alone using the warranty they sold me!! We had no idea the vehicle has been modified let alone to the point that deems it unable to be repaired!!! As it stands now. We have purchased a nearly 30k vehicle that it useless. It will NOT run and there are no service providers that will even attempt to look at it!

On February 8th, 2020 I purchased a 2016 Ford Explorer from Mike **** Chevrolet in carrollton ga. I test drive the car and noticed that there was no odometer showing and the blinkers didn't work. I should have stopped then and said no, but I didn't. I trusted them. They had to send my car to the local Ford dealer within 2 or 3 days to repair the issues with basically the dash not having any power to it. After basically 1 yr and 8 months now I have a bad motor. My car continously leaked coolant could never find the issue. It ran hot and I had to keep adding coolant to make sure it didn't run hot again. Today 10/27/21 nearly 2 months of my car being in the shop because it just stopped in the middle of a trip to the store I have just been told that a car I've only had for 1 yr and 8 months needs a new motor. Even before I found this out I went to Mike **** to speak with someone about a warranty I was supposed to have. Not only was I ignored but when I was finally approached they were rude. Nice way to treat customers. $5k to $8k into a car that is still new. Car wasn't marked stating no warranty either.
