*************************. This is not the review I wanted or thought I would have to leave. However, there is structural damage outside the home that causes rain water to flow downhill and will cause major flooding in one of the lower level bedrooms . My family of 18 arrived on Friday May 3rd - 6th . On Saturday morning, my son advised me that rain was pouring into their room. There was so much rain coming from different areas we ran and gathered the large trash can from outside. Moving as swiftly as possible, not to have further damage to his property. Unfortunately, his commercial FAA certified drone and batteries were damage along with other personal items. My first called to customer service 8:56 am explain what had happen and we needed immediate assistance. My brother whos a contractor immediately assessed the conditions and realize it wasnt coming from the roof after surveying the area he notice erosion from the ground where build up rain was coming through the foundation into the room. Realizing that this was going to be something that couldnt be fixed over night I called while still waiting for maintenance to show up for customer service to have a plan B . After several calls maintenance arrived 12:05pm .He surveyed the property with my brother and had to put a pause on the work order because it was beyond what he could do and a builder would have to come out. Waiting patiently at 1:12pm the representative called and offered for my family to move to a 8 bedroom from a ************************************************************** a $600 voucher credit for a future stay at any one of their properties. I asked to speak with a supervisor. Waiting for who Identified herself as ****** the supervisor/ manager . I explained to her how going from a 12 bedroom to an 8 bedroom would not work for my family dynamics. I declined the $1200 voucher credit because it only benefits the company not my family . We rented a cabin (****************) in ********* ** from Oct 20 to Oct 22. We left a Patagonia jacket in the cabin. They were notified the same day, but said it would take them 2 weeks to investigate. By they could not find the jacket. Even though we sent them a picture with the jacket on the back of the chair. They refused to provide additional contact information and said they are not responsible. I am requesting the $200 to replace the jacket. They are not responsive and do not care about their reputation.Initial Complaint

I reserved a 4-bedroom cabin through Georgia Cabins For You for 5 nights at a total cost of $2,284.62. The cabin lost power due to the winter storm for 2 nights. The temp outside during this time was below 10 degrees F, and within the cabin it ranged from about ***** degrees F depending on the time of day. We stayed the first night (12/23) by utilizing the only functional fireplace and sleeping in the living room (our bedrooms were too cold to sleep in). Between 12/23 and 12/24, I made multiple calls to the office and was told they could not provide any updates about the timeline for power restoration, informed multiple agents that our only other indoor fireplace was not working, requested several times that someone ************** it (no one did), and told agents it was unsafe for us to remain in the home. No assistance/solution was provided. Due to the increasingly cold temperature, unsafe conditions in the home, and no idea of when the power would be restored, we had to reserve 2 hotel rooms for the night of 12/24 at the cost of $300. The power was restored the morning of 12/25 and upon our return to the home, a breaker was flipped and several outlets weren't working, the garbage disposal was not working, and we discovered mildew in the washing machine. After multiple emails, phone calls, and several days, I just heard from a manager and was told that they will not offer any cash refunds. They claimed this is outlined in the Rental Agreement, but once I reviewed it I don't see that to be the case. I was offered an $800 gift certificate for a future stay. The rental company left us in an unsafe situation and I am requesting a cash refund in the sum of $1251.80 for the following:2 nights without power: $659.06 2 hotel rooms: $292.74 Maintenance issues (non-functioning fireplace on lower level, mildew in washing machine, broken garbage disposal, thrown breaker that I could not repair, no flashlights in the house): $150 Lack of/delayed response/remediation: $150
