            I paid cash on June 8th of 2022 at tri us auto it's a 2010 ****** Murano Le I have been calling every day to get my title and they have not produced it today is the 6th of July and I'm being told they still don't have a title I called the courthouse and they're telling me no paperwork has been started it's almost 30 days since I've paid cash for this vehicle and they haven't been able to produce anything My complaint is I feel like I was taking advantage of by just taking my cash selling me a vehicle without a title. every time I call I get a run around or I get hung up on please help me with this matter they have two more days until the 8th to produce my title or I want my money back, I didn't know it was legal to sell a vehicle without a title I believe it's illegal but they're telling me the owner that is of the dealership is telling me he has 30 days to produce my title if not he'll give me back my money so he less the taxes and filling fees and they also charged me 50 dollors for a spare key, what a joke and also charged me 4% extra for me using my debit card , Please help Thank you

            If there was a zero star that would be picked!! Absolutely the worst business I have EVER experienced in my life. I have purchased many cars from them but since the 2 shops have came into one its been garbage. I was purchasing a car through them and within the first day it was running hot, ac went out oh and gas POURING out the bottom of it. I had to pay them to fix that. Still running hot had to pay them fix it AGAIN. Still running hot and was told just to drive it. I begged to trade it in or swap cars the day after I purchased I was told to wait 6 months and I did. After waiting 6 months I was told the car wasnt worth trade in due to it running hot. When they sold it to me running hot. The employees are not on the same page. One tells you one thing and the other tells you something completely different. Im just in complete shock after buying so many cars through them and referring SO many people to them I would be completely scammed out of over ****. Unless you want problems within 24 hrs with your car an constantly having to fix something stay far away from here.
