My review of Aerial Titans from a Consumers Perspective Unfortunately, I have to share a negative experience with Aerial Titans. Despite my initial positive impression, some concerning aspects have come to light. Firstly, after one of their owners approached me, demanding the removal of ****** Shopping ads, I noticed some red flags.Additionally, upon closer inspection, it seems many of their purported 200 reviews (mostly from a GA location), in my opinion,may not be genuine. However, you can form your own opinion on that matter.I had purchased a few machines from Aerial Titans in the recent past. While some were unremarkable, they shipped a JLG boom lift to a customer in ******* that required repair upon arrival.Initially, I thought highly of the ******* at Aerial Titans, but my perception has changed. It's disheartening to witness such tactics from a business I once admired.Update 3/27/2024: I intended to discuss and resolve this issue with ******************, with whom I have previously collaborated.However, I received a screenshot from the owner, *******************************, threatening legal action and seeking $25,000, alleging that his sales contract prohibits negative reviews. It's important to note that such prohibition violates the Consumer Review Fairness Act (2017). The screenshot speaks for itself and provides insight into Aerial Titans' overall ethics and how they may censor and manipulate unfavorable feedback.Update 6/12/2024: Reposted this review as Aerial Titans has dragged this into arbitration. I urge anyone to read their sales contract very closely to take necessary precautions. This sales contract seems to be a clever way to censor unwanted feedback or reviews that Aerial Titans simply "doesn't like".

Note: The review above under the fake name "AAE", is a competitor posing to be a consumer in an effort to defame Aerial Titans good name and brand. Dear Better Business Bureau, We are writing in response to a recent review posted on our page by an individual who has identified himself as a consumer. We would like to provide some context and clarify certain aspects of this review. 1. Conflict of Interest and Identity: Aerial Titans has never sold any equipment to *************** ********************** in a personal capacity or had any business dealings with him directly. We have, however, conducted business with his company, Above All Equipment, where he uses the email address **************************** This commercial business relationship is contractually bound by legal parameters that prohibit him from sharing his opinions in his personal or business capacity. 2. Pattern of Disparagement: ***** has left multiple 1-star ****** Reviews at our various locations across the ***** often leaving multiple reviews at the same location. This has been ongoing for over 120 days. ****** has determined that these reviews are conflicts of interest and attempts by a competitor to defame Aerial Titans and has removed them each time. Unable to weaponize ****** Reviews, ***** is now attempting to use the BBB platform to continue his efforts. 3. Current Litigation: Aerial Titans is currently engaged in litigation with Above All Equipment, the company owned by *****. It appears he is attempting to leverage the BBB platform as a tool in this ongoing dispute. We believe this behavior is inappropriate and undermines the purpose of the BBB. 4. Authenticity of Reviews and Service Quality: Aerial Titans prides itself on maintaining a high standard of customer service and transparency. The implication that our reviews are not genuine is unfounded. Our numerous positive reviews are a testament to our commitment to customer satisfaction and reflect the experiences of our many satisfied customers. Any occasional issues with equipment are promptly addressed and resolved. 5. Ethics and Legal Compliance: The reviewer's claims about threats of legal action and prohibitions against negative reviews are misleading. Aerial Titans operates within the bounds of the law. Any contractual terms mentioned are aimed at ensuring fair and honest dealings. The reviewer's portrayal of our actions is inaccurate and attempts to damage our reputation unjustly. Aerial Titans has worked with the BBB for years, treating all complaints with the utmost attention and seriousness. We respectfully request that the BBB does not allow its platform to be weaponized and allows the **** legal system to address these issues appropriately. I needed a towable boomlift for several projects and expected to find one locally to purchase. That expectation was a fantasy - used lifts were unavailable and a new haulotte lift I wanted had backorder lead times of six months! A google search lead me to Aerial Titans. They had the equipment I wanted, at a fair price, and arranged expedited delivery to my jobsite 1500 miles from their facility! I am happy with the team and they have earned a 5-star rating.
