There is a banking system in my town where they allow drug addicts to work. This drug addicts worked there for 5 months. Are these addicts in jail? Have they gotten the full or will they get the punishment they deserve for bank robbing? What kind of mayhem did this drug addict cause to all of the accounts he had control over? When will the customers be compensated from this theft. I thought all banks had FIDC covering for loss of stolen money. Yet, these monsters have gotten away with it.Initial Complaint

I had two transactions clear before my check went into my bank account. It showed that it was covered with courtesy pay with a fee of $0.00. Yet when my check when into the bank a day later, and I tallied up my transactions and compared it to the running ledger on the banks website, it shows that the bank had taken $70.00 from my account BUT there is NO record of this money being taken from my account. I have reached out to the bank and spoke to ******, and indirect specialist on the app. She is trying to tell me that the reason Im $70 short is because of the courtesy pay however theres no record of these fees coming out. She then tells me that $70 will be deducted from my account today to cover the courtesy pay so thats another $70 shes saying is going to come out. The only time I have ever been charged a -$35 fee is when it says NSF transaction - never have I been charged a -$35 fee for courtesy pay. There is NO record of where my $70 went nor why it was taken. To me this is theft, they have taken it and are claiming its for something that showed a fee of $0,00. If theres no record showing where it went, and if theyre going to show the courtesy fee of $0.00, then that is theft and they need to give me my hard earned money back. $70 is a lot of money in todays economy. If **** is going to be in TV and radio talking about how theyre down home, down the street and how they care for everyone. They should have to live up to that false claim. I suggest changing his motto, because 99% of the staff at the main branch in **** is rude, inconsiderate, and could care less about their members. (This issue happened at the main **** branch, by the way) **** needs to stand behind his motto and make this right.Business response

This the way our system works for fees such as Courtesy Pay. A Courtesy Pay is an overdraft service we provide to our members. Typically, when an item is paid utilizing Courtesy Pay, a fee is assessed but will not be deducted until the member has sufficient funds to pay the fee(s). I have reviewed the account in question and see that fees were assessed on 1/4/2023 and deducted on 1/7/2023. I also see other fees that were assessed on 1/21/2023 and 2/11/2023. As a matter of goodwill, Coosa Valley has refunded these fees to *******************
