            I bought tickets for the laser light show for October 30th we had a bad storm that night and they canceled the show. They told us we could use the ticket for either Friday night October 29th or Sunday night October 31st and we couldn't do either night, I called for a refund and the ticket company said that they were not allowed to give us a refund. I paid over ****** for this ticket for something that was not my vault I think I should get my money back.

            Horrible **************** and lacks integrity. I purchased tickets to the Santa's Holiday Laser show. The event where the Laser show is held is where my son goes to school. The night prior to attending the event upon trying to pick up my son their company locked the gate and I was unable to get to my son for about 30 minutes. In a panic, I went to speak with the onsite staff about this and they were not kind nor helpful about assisting me in unlocking the gate so that I could pick up my son and the teachers could go home. I was forced to call the local police to get them to comply and it was then that they opened the gate so I get to my son. After experiencing this with the onsite staff the night prior I decided to not attend the event and reach out to them for a refund as I did pay for the insurance so that in the case of any reason that I could not attend I would be able to get my money back. However, they were not empathic and said that I verbally assaulted them and said my tickets were non-refundable when I purchased insurance. I am appalled that a company would and could be so ruthless and money-hungry when they promote being kid and family-friendly and instead want to hold kids hostage. DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM CABIN FEVER LASER SHOW FOR THEY ARE A SCAM and LOOK TO FAMILIES TO RIP OFF!
