      I do NOT recommend buying your warranty with this company! They give you nothing but the run around!! I have been waiting months for them to send someone to repair my couch, a technician did come out and say its not fixable and a replacement would be the best option. The company denied his report and said he never came or said this even though I have proof! They assigned yet another technician to come out and its been weeks with no date I called and they told me to call this other number to book the visit. What??? Now Im doing their work so I called as my couch has been sitting on the floor broken middle of living room for months you can even sit on it as the springs are completely broken at the bottom of couch and there is no answer at the number they provided. They will not help resolve this issue. Please do your research before paying for warranty this company is the worst to deal with. Even the technician that first talked to me couldnt believe what theyre doing to us.

      It's been a month and I'm trying to get my bed fixed it's under warranty I was told on June 19th within 48 hours I would get a call about getting the bed fixed no such thing has happened

Despite making two attempts to reach you by phone for scheduling, we unfortunately did not connect. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.       The service tech came out and said that they had sent the wrong part but he would fix it the best he could and let them know the job wasnt complete and a different part was needed.However, the tech went back and told them the job was complete!! Seriously! We cant even sit in the chair! And I have made several calls trying to get this chair fix and get the correct parts. What is the point of this warranty if they do nothing?!?!

      This is the worse company. I was sold a worry free pet damage warranty. My dog digs a hole in the seat of my couch and put a smaller tear in the love seat. I filed a claim. They made me send them multiple pictures, towhich I did. I waited more than 2 months for a response and was told I was denied, so I filed grievance. I waited another 3 weeks and called o ** to be told once the decision is made it can not be changed. And that they have decided this damaged once done on multiple occasions. I feel like this warranty was a waste of money. This serco company is a scam. I will never purchased any warranty from them ever again.

      I bought a kitchen table from *********** took out coverage as advised from sales girl that all spills are covered.I had a party one night and my table is always covered with a table cloth.When my guest left I took off the table cloth to be cleaned and saw there was a spill on it.I called to have a service technician come out to fix it.He was unable to fix it.Due to the fact I told them I believed that some type of drink was spilled on it and not sure what type of drink they will not cover it. The table is 4 months old I paid for coverage for this specific reason and they still wont cover it.Very disappointed and will never take coverage from this company again!

ServeCo promptly dispatched a service technician to repair the damaged area. Upon attempting the repair, the service technician reported that the spill was caused by acetone. After discussing this with you, the cause of the spill was updated to "unknown."We are more than willing to review the Terms and Conditions of your service contract with you. Specifically, under the section "WHAT IS NOT COVERED" in "Miscellaneous," the first bullet point states that "caustic solutions and chemicals" are not covered, which includes acetone. Additionally, under the section "WHAT IS NOT COVERED" in "General," the last bullet point states that "any damages of unknown origin" are also not covered.It is important to note that ServeCo must consistently process service requests according to the terms and conditions outlined in the service contract. We are here to help with any further questions or concerns you may have.

      ***** was able to quickly diagnose the problem with the reclining mechanism and get the replacement part ordered. it came in about a week and 2 days after calling to let them know the part was at my home, they had ***** return and install the part. He did a very professional job and I am completely happy with his service!
