I have had the company put my heat in and to date it is not working correctly and they want to pull my heating system and leave me without anything. *********** folks have been combative and used profanity.

This complaint is null and void. *********** is a customer we have worked diligently to try and please, without resolution of keeping the equipment in place. ************ was not happy with the install of a ****** ductless mini split heat pump system, stating it does not work right. After several attempts to provide a resolution and checking the equipment that was in fact working properly, we used our 100% satisfaction guarantee as a ****** Factory Authorized Dealer to resolve the problem. We removed the equipment and issued a full refund to ************. He is completely unreasonable and unable to comprehend what he needed to do as a customer which was to leave the system alone and let it work. The last day we visited ************ home was 12/30/2021 the system was delivering 115 degree heat from unit and it was 32 degrees outside. We scheduled the removal of equipment on 1/4/2022. We delivered the check at the same time. We have been dealing with ************ since 11/8/2021. We have gone through all steps with the ****** Factory to try to make the customer happy, but when someone calls 15 times a day at all hours of the day and we had 11 trips trying to figure something out for him. We finally decided what was best for the customer and our company. This is a bogus complaint and I will gladly give you the nephew's number to explain **************** condition. His nephew is ************************* and his number is ************.
