I appreciate the kind words. Our warranty on foundation drainage is actually lifetime. The pump and foundation ventilator warranty is five years. After the fifth year, the customer has an option to maintain this warranty for $150 annually.

My name is ******* ******** I live in Sharpsburg, Ga. In February 2020 I asked aquadrive to report water running down my basement wall going down to the floor and soaking my carpet Larry ****** came out and looked at the wall and made a determination to dig up concrete all around the basement wall and instead and install a pump in the corner I am 86 years old so I said okay because because I thought he was the expert the charge was $7,440 there was no mention of checking the foundation walk on the outside. Since that work was done I have continued to have water running down the wall. As it turned out in the beginning I paid $7,000 for an unnecessary work and the problem was not fixed someone recently came out and found the problem feel the filled it with phone and said I would not have any more problems my complaint is that the company is that I paid $7,000 for unnecessary work and then I'm not fixing the problems that I had I think he just took advantage of a senior citizen he said I had groundwater have never had groundwater I have lived in this house for 40 years they said my granddaughter said that I had groundwater but that never happened she may have said that water was on the ground but not that it came from the ground they were just covering their mistake I asked for an adjustment and was told in no uncertain terms that that would not happen I feel that they should make it right I would give that company an f minus they also left a mess and did not clean up after their work.


Since the work was done water continues to flow down the wall. The problem was never fixed they used an elderly woman for money !

This is false information. Mrs. ******** called us with a service issue unrelated to the original problem. We performed the service on 11/16/2021. Several days later she called our office and said that was the only issue she had and she requested an adjustment to original contract price. I told we performed the original work based on the information her granddaughter gave us during our initial inspection. At that time, the granddaughter indicated three areas of the foundation that were leaking. The contracted project repair was for those initial problems with her foundation. I very diplomatically explained to her why I couldn't offer an adjustment to her contract price. She got mad with me and said she would not recommend to anyone. I told her I was sorry to hear that, but that was her prerogative.
