In October 2021 I was pregnant and in need of a vehicle. I found a vehicle online that superior motors of atlanta was selling. The sales associate (*******) called me and began conducting business via text message. He got ***** search from ******** Financial to finance the car and he brought the car to my job. After wait a month I never received a Tag for the vehicle. I called the dealership multiple times and would either not get and answer or someone would answer the phone and give me the runaround and say that they will have the manager or salesman call me back. More months began to pass and I still didnt have a tag. I went to my county tag office and they said there was nothing that they could do. I called the finance company multiple times and they said they dealership was ignoring their calls and emails as well and they never received the documents for the vehicle also. Because of me not having a tag I kept getting stopped constantly by law enforcement. I had to stop driving the car because of no tag or title work. This made things very hard for me during my pregnancy because I could no longer drive the car legally. After having the car for seven months, me nor the finance was not able to get the issue resolved with the missing tag and title. The GA tag office told me that the tag was never filed for. But yet I was still responsible for pay the car note every month. After several months of no resolution or tag I had no choice but to have the finance company take the car. When the tow truck came to pick the car up the truck driver mentioned that this dealership is known for this problem of not having the documents for their cars. After I gave birth, another customer of theirs reached out to me via social media, stating he had the same problem with that dealership. I looked on ****** and the dealership ******** page and found multiple reviews from customers stating the same problem. Why does this dealerships keep getting away with selling cars with no documents

On November 2021, I purchased a vehicle (2016 **** Fusion) from Superior Auto of Atlanta and at the request of the dealer, I signed a lien holder paper with United Auto Credit in ********** ***** POBox ******, ********************************. **************. My payments were $432. Then, in March 2022, I received a call from Superior Auto, stating that my Lien holder was switched and I need to call the new lender, *****************************, *************************************************************************** **************. I was informed to verify my name, date of birth and make and model of my car to get get my new payment information. I did and the new lien holder told me where to make payments of $355 online. Then, in April of 2022, United Auto call me stating that I was late on my payments. I informed them that Superior had switched my lien holder. They told me that was erroneous and I should still be paying them. So, Ive been trying to reach Superior with no success since April. I even have pictures of me visiting the property. Also, they never submitted my papers to the *** for my license plates. Please help and advise.

On March 2, 2022. I was attempting to purchase a 2014 Dodge Durango from Superior Motors of Atlanta LLC. The employee I dealt with was *******************************. On March 2, 2022 I paid Superior Motors of Atlanta $4,000 via phone, completed financing over the phone and was told that I can come on March 3 to pick up. When I arrived at the dealership on March 3, 2022 I was told by ******* that the car I was purchasing was not in inventory and that the down payment I had given went to purchase a 2015 Dodge Durango. I was told by ******* to add insurance and I would get the car on March 12, 2022. When I arrived to the dealership on March 12,2022. I was told by ******* I was not able to get the car because the price had changed although financing had been completed. I then asked for a refund and a letter stating I never took ownership of the car so that I could get refunded $489.73 from the insurance company and ******* said he would have to speak with the owner. ******* and the owner had ignored my calls and messages for 2 days trying to resolve the matter. On March 14,2022 I contacted ******* at the dealership trying to resolve this matter again. I was told by ******* I can come pick up the car March 18,2022. When attempting to pick up the car the ******* told me to wait, I could not get the car because the price changed again. I then asked for a refund via phone and text message to ******* and the dealership will not respond, issue refund or letter for the insurance company.

Since the day the truck was purchased for me as a investment/gift, it has been back and forth to the auto shop for continuous engine light problems. Most times it has spent in the shop for over two weeks at a time due to the deanship owner not honoring our warranty. Our truck still has an engine light and has been at the shop since the begging January 2022, and we have yet to get it back because of how long it took the deanship owner to pay for the repairs and for yet another engine light problem, and from what we are told its now ANOTHER issue!?!?. We are tired of the back and forth and will like to have our money reimbursed (refund). It has been this way since we bought it and we have hardly been able to use the truck. We lost out on multiple jobs and took a large decline in business, went in debt, lost money/profit and all of this due to us not having our source of transpiration that we paid Superior Motors of Atlanta when it was time... We also have yet to receive a hard tag for the truck. Mind you this was bought August, 2021 and it is now March, 2022, and we have not kept the truck at our property and used it for a month consecutively. I will attach a majority of the documentation we have.
