I scheduled a pickup service for ride to the airport on May 28th and then a return home the next day May 29. However, I then had to cancel both of this rides. Despite multiple calls and promises the company gave me to refund the $326.43 paid via PayPal, no refund was ever issued. On multiple occassions I was promised return calls and none were forthcoming. The manager "***" promised to have the refund issued at least 4 times but none ever was. I finally sent a demand email on June 22nd but there was no response and no refund. I have never dealt with a company that has behaved as unethically as this one. A copy of my demand email is attached.Initial Complaint

I requested a car service Wednesday 10/18/2023 and a few hours later had to cancel it. I was assured that I would be refunded the entire amount. I was not refunded. I called once a week for 4 weeks asking about the refund and was assured every time that I would get it. After 5 weeks, I disputed the charges. Atl Car Service Forged an email from me to them in order to dispute my dispute. The email is obviously forged. It was sent on 10/16/2023 (2 days before I even booked the service) and refers to me as we. This is blatant fraud.Initial Complaint

I booked private transport to and from the Airport on 12/4/2022 with this car service . I booked a passenger van for my family because we had a lot of luggage. I prepaid $777.60. On the day of pick up 12/16/2022, the driver arrives in an SUV . There is no time to change the type of vehicle, so we make do. We sit with luggage in our laps and our feet. When I am at the gate in the airport, I call the dispatcher at the company to let him know the situation and request a refund for the difference in cost of the 2 vehicles. The van was double the cost of the **** So the difference was $150 plus 20% gratuity plus 8% tax. A total of $194.40. I was told I would be refunded the money. I have called weekly for the last 10 months. I have spoken to *** their operations manager and various other dispatchers. No refund. I have asked to speak to the owner or the accountant. They are never available and they never return my calls. I have e-mailed. No refund. I need help getting my money refunded. I prepaid for a promised service and it was not provided. I am due a full refund. The company agrees when I talk to anyone but they will not actually return the money.Initial Complaint

Details-I scheduled an airport pickup with ATL car service for 8 Oct 2022. shortly after I scheduled it I called back and cancelled it. I was charged the amount of $1218.24 when I was told by the company I would not be charged until I returned the authorization forms they emailed me before the service. Ever since then I have been calling trying to get a refund every few days with no resolution. *he company operator and manager keep telling me the transaction should be in my account in a day or so. this has now been 2 months with no refund. I have followed the instructions to the * and feel they are trying to rip me off. *hey also keep telling me accounting is processing my request but nothing has been returned to me.Initial Complaint

June 24, 2022 at 12:42 pm I called (spoke with ***) and booked a car from ATL Car Service for a round trip to appointment; pick-up date was June 30, 2022, received confirmation #***** I called (spoke with ***) on June 27, 2022 at 1:19 pm to cancel the reservation and I requested a credit to my card account, I received a personal message by emailed stating canceled on Confirmation #***** I have made numerous calls (speaking to *** and ***) and sent numerous emails indicating I have not received a credit to my card account. On or around July 22, 2022 I mail, **** ,copies of emails and copy of my statement indicating charged amount, but no credit. Upon receiving my August card statement I called *** and *** again indicating I have not received a credit to my account and that it has been more than 50 days now. *** indicated he would get by with me in a hour. As of today I have not heard from him.Business response
