I purchased an Electric Scooter from G-Force in January 2021. Everything was fine at the end of August 2022 I started to have issues with my scooter I was told that I needed to replace my display which powers the scooter. I purchased a new display August 31st, 2022. I used my scooter for until October 2022. Since that time the scooter sat inside my home because of the winter months. In April I tried to use my scooter since the weather had broke. My display was not functioning again and I contact G-Force. There were numerous emails since no one answers the phone and the responses to my emails took weeks before anyone would reply. I have to keep sending new emails for an update even at the present time I am still dealing with this. I finally got an email back telling me to take it to a dealer near me ( which there is non near me) or replace the display again. This will be the 3rd display for the same scooter. I feel that the company should stand behind their product especially since this has become a repetative issue. My last email was my last statement in this complaint and I still haven't heard anything form G-Force. Any assistance would be great.Business response

Dear *********************** and all concerned, very sorry to hear of all you are going thru regarding the purchase of your Product. As it turns out we are not in ANY WAY related to g-forcebike.com. We are gforcebikeandscooter.com located in ******* and we don't even sell this product. G-Forcebike is sold exclusively thru amazon and other online retailer which WE ARE NOT. We consistently get calls regarding these products and lament we cannot assist in their problem. From the best of my knowledge most people are not able to contact them directly which is very frustrating to the end user. Many items of this nature, purchased online, result in the same problem.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. If you can help with finding the company information that I am filing the complaint against I appreciate it. The research I found came up with the company who responded to my complaint who is not the correct company.

My son purchased a bike from gforce bikes (order#****). It was delivered on April 27, 2023. My son rode the bike for a week and then the wheel started to become loose. At this point, we realized that the bar and bolt that was keeping the wheel in place was defective. I tried to call the number provided on the website and theres a message saying that no one can be reached at this number. I then went through customer service through website. it took a week and a half for someone to get back to me. Once someone got back to me, they asked for a description, order number, serial number, pictures of the part needed. I sent that immediately. Weeks went by and several emails were exchanged regarding this part. I had requested tracking number and that was not provided that for weeks. I asked on several occasions to return the bike and no one will give me the information or shipping information to return the bike successfully. The website it says you can return the bike within 60 days. I continue to get the runaround, nobody acknowledged my desire to return the bike and get our money back. they just kept saying they would send the part. The tracking number was finally given to me weeks later. After every thing I sent the for the part needed, they sent me the wrong part. Ive gone back and emailed them again several times and no one has replied. The company has now ghosted me. my 13-year-old son saved Christmas money, birthday money, chores for friends and family to save up over $1800 to buy the bike. This company hasnt stood by their warranty, their return policy. They have no working phone number that is listed on their website. Please help me with this complaint. please help my 13 year old son get the part he needs to get his bike working. Please make this company follow through with what they have listed on their website. I would have chosen another company if I knew they did not stand behind their products.Business response

I brought an Ebike from G-force ebike April 17, 2022 11:50:21 EDT with my transaction # being 8RR68093US079680U I had my bike for less under a ********* bike has been stolen from me on May 7th, 2023 I contacted the company after going to the police station & talking to them they told me I need the serial number on the bike to look for it so I contacted G-forces support number first & it would just say "the person youre calling cannot accept calls at this time were sorry for any inconvenience this may cause" everytime I called making it hard to get in contact with support. I then emailed support gave them my transaction ************************ I could provide & customer service replies with this "I'm sorry to hear this news The frame code of each of our ebikes is different, and we can only see the frame code from that ebike. If you have purchased loss insurance before, you can claim compensation from the insurance company. Then on top of that they send me a scam link about saving monkeys. I saw the ebike a few days ago but couldnt do anything about it because they didnt supply me with the frame code to even help me! I havent been able to file my official report with police because they havent given me any information or helped me in the matter at all. Ive been waiting for help and they havent been trying to give it to me or havent been supportive. Its really hard to get into contact with them. It feels like Im not being listened to.Business response
