On 5/2/23 a deposit of $2500 was paid to **************** for material and supplies needed for him to install a louvered roof and screens. *************** guaranteed 30 day install from date deposit was made and to date nothing has happened. There has been one excuse after another. Finally we asked if we could make an appointment to pick up our material/supplies. Our last attenpt was 8/7/23 but nothing transpired because of a text we received (uploaded). I could find no proof of what is stated in the text. And my daughter has been at the store location several times in the last month. All I want is delivery of material/ supplies or return of deposit.Initial Complaint

Hi,My name is *************************************.On 3rd Dec, 2021 I went to "Danny's Big Deals" store and I spoke with the owner of the store "*****" and paid $896 through Venmo to deliver 25 blinds plus installation. Please see the attached picture of venmo transaction and 2nd attachment is the quote / receipt which I received from *****.Out of 25 blinds he delivered 23 blinds in December (didn't remember the date). But out of those 23 blinds, 17 blinds are not the size I requested. Since then I was keep on asking him to provide the blinds with right size but he was keep on postponing by giving different reasons.After asking him many times finally on 17th March, 2022 he told me to come to his store with the blinds which I wanted to return and he is going to give me the blinds with right size on the same day. Before I go there I told him very clearly that I have to drive 80 miles (to and from) so I double checked with him whether the blinds are available to pick. He said blinds are available.But after going there he gave me just 4 blinds with right size and he said that he still need to cut the blinds with the size I requested. He promised me that he will deliver the rest of the 13 blinds on next day. But he didn't deliver and when I contacted him, he said that he will transfer the money and he transferred $300 on 25th March 2022. But he still need to transfer $321 to me.When I contacted him he blocked my phone. So I contact him through face book and he is threatening me that he is going to file harassment complaint on me. Here are the details of the transactions:I paid $896 through Venmo.***** gave me $275 worth of blinds so far.And ***** transferred $300 on 25th Mar to me through Venmo.So 275+300=575.896-575=$321 So ***** still needs to transfer me $321
