Signed a contract with this company on October 2,2023 for updates on the interior of our double wide home. The work that was done was good but when it came down to the final stage, which was replacing kitchen cabinets and countertops and the floor the company quit showing up and wouldn't respond to calls or texts. We were told they couldn't find mobile home cabinets on December 10, 2023 but have since learned that regular prefab cabinets will work. Last contact was December 22, telling us he couldn't finish the job because he felt threatened. We told him we would be taking this court. No threats were made other than we would sue him.Customer response

I paid this business to install a new tile shower/flooring in two rooms 3/5/21: completed, paid in full 5/4/21: complained bedroom floor tiles are not bonded and I can hear them when I walk on 5/12/21: reported water leak 5/13/21: plumber was sent to repair as owner was out of town and we identified water damage the owner has never followed up on per discussion to return, also identified mastic was used and should not have been as it is not intended for "wet space" per the product website 6/21/21: i reported that shower floor was "squishing" indicating mastic was possibly used in flooring and needed to be looked at- No response 7/8/21: I reported shower floor is leaking water and mastic is soft to touch verifying mastic was used and needs to be replaced with appropriate "wet space" tho set 8/2/21: certified letter was sent & confirmed receipt via USPS Business has not made any attempt to review/repair/answer any correspondence. Shower is not safe to use in fear of causing More water damage
