Dear All,It has been hot and I have children and my wife is is pregnant. Our APT AC stopped working on 30th of June 2024 I informed the leasing office and the next day I went to leasing office 4 times and requested but their response was not positive they said they put a work order but they have other ACS to repair. Finally at the end of the day they brought a portable AC for one location which all of us should stay in one location which is the hall of the 3 rooms. Today is the sixth of July 2024 but still no repair took place. Each time we go to the leasing office they write down the apartment 252 then no action taken. I don't know to whom should we complain in this hot weather. They want their rent to be paid on time but they don't care how they treat human beings for the provision of service they provide. What will if my children got sick due to their negligence. Beside this I requested them that I have children give us a place downstairs but they deny they give us a place at second floor which my wife can't move up and down as well. To the best of my knowledge I don't know why their service is so poor.Best Regards,*******************************

I received a letter from Village at the Creek Apartments in March 2021, notifying me that I was required to pay $75 per month for water and sewage charges. I began making these payments as instructed on April 1, 2021 and continued to do so until December 1, 2022. However, in November 2022, I was informed by the management that this charge had been made in error and that water and sewage were included in my rental contract with them and the **************************Upon learning of this mistake, I contacted the property manager to request a refund of the $1,425 I had paid over 19 months for water and sewage. Instead of issuing a refund, I was informed that they could only credit my account for this amount. I agreed to have the credit applied toward my future rent payments, starting from January 1, 2023.In August, I was contacted by the new assistant community manager, who requested to pay $180 for March and April rent, along with $200 late fees per month. When I inquired about the credit that was supposed to be on my account, I was informed that it had been used for a tax credit on behalf of the property. It could not be applied toward my rent as previously agreed.Furthermore, the property failed to make necessary repairs to my unit, despite repeated inspections by the ************************** As a result, my rent payments were paused until the repairs were completed. However, I was later informed that I owed rent for these months, along with additional late fees.I believe that Village at the Creek Apartments has mishandled my account and failed to provide adequate support and assistance. I am seeking reimbursement of the $1,425 paid for water and sewage charges, the $180 charged for rent when it should have been covered by the credit, the $200 late fee charged in error, and the return of my initial move-in deposit of $250. I moved out 1/31/24 and my apt passed move out inspection. I am seeking the balance owed to me $2055.
