On Monday, June 17, 2024, I brought in my Dad, *****************, 2020 Tesla Model 3 to have a tire checked by Turner Tire due to an air leak. This is when they started talking to me about needing new tires, but I was aware that I needed new tires soon and this was not a shock. The shock was that one of the mechanics swears that they jacked my car correctly, but when they jacked the car to address the tire my car started leaking a green liquid. The general manager told me that the leak happened when the car was jacked, but swore the car was jacked correctly. When I left the shop the general manager started tearing apart my car looking to cover his tracks of the leak, but made the issue much worse. This shop is not authorized to work on a Tesla vehicle and me nor ***** gave this man permission to tear apart the car. I did not receive a call until multiple hours later when I was told that the situation had been shifted to another manager. I was told that because this happened on the shops watch they would cover the tow to the ************* center, the bill to fix the car, as well as a rental car. On Tuesday, June 18, I picked up my personal belongings out of the vehicle and the general manager explained again to my mother that they had done nothing wrong, but there had never been a liquid leak in my vehicle prior to being dropped off. ***** asked to have documentation stating repairs would be covered by the shop and asked that the car not be moved until he received that info. As most people know, ****** use cameras to monitor their surroundings, so around 13:00 the cameras were turned on, and the general manager was by the car and a few minutes later the car was being out onto the tow truck. Thankfully, this was caught before the car was dumped at Tesla for us to cover the cost, but this behavior is far from acceptable and the business has been made aware to not touch the car without notifying the owners. I hope this will be overseen by someone outside of the business

The vehicle discussed was brought to our shop on a tow truck... It was not driven in. The customer told us that she heard a hissing noise coming from the passenger front of the vehicle. We attempted to repair the right front tire, but found the tire was not repairable and the tires needed to be replaced. Every Tesla has specific **** points and that is where we ****ed up the car. We did notice while we were working on the tire a fluid leak. We are not sure when or how this happened. After some discussion it was decided that we would have our insurance company and a third-party (Tesla dealer) decide if this was something we may have caused. The ***************** reached out to the customer, and they together decided how to move forward. At this point we at the shop turned everything over to insurance company. It was determined that where we ****ed up the car could not have caused the fluid leak at the battery.
