On 2/18/2022 a sales rep came to my resident and gave me a quote to install foam insulation in my exterior walls and blow insulation in my attic. We agreed to a price of $7,700 and paid deposit of $500 on 2/18/22 the sales rep stated that they carried 2 million dollars of general liability. The contract work was performed on 3/23 and 3/24/22. On 3/23/22 while installing the foam insulation at the front of my house, a hose busted, the liquid material used for the foam insulation flooded my front porch. The employee immediately went searching for a water hose to wash the porch. My son went outside and provided him with a water hose and turned on the water. The employee stated that he was leaving to rent a pressure washer. Employee returned without a pressure washer. My son offered to let him borrow my pressure washer. Employee finished installing the insulation and returned the next day to pressure washer the front porch and blow insulation in the attic. Employee was unable to remove the residue and cut grooves in my porch. *************************** came out and inspected the porch on March 28th. **** agreed that the porch was damaged, and he would send someone out to fix it. I postponed the repair due to a family illness. I started requesting repairs to be made on August 4, 22 with ****. We have been going back and forth until 10/19 when an employee came out and tried to sand the porch. The employee stated that sanding was not going to remove the grooves the pressure washer. I spoke to **** on 11/9/22 and he stated all he would do was paint the porch. I told him my porch was not painted prior to him installing the insulation. **** said he had gone above and beyond and that was all he was offering to resolve his faulty equipment. On 3/24/22 employee would not leave without final payment. Payment was made and employee noted on paperwork that he used a pressure washer to clean up the resin from the faulty equipment. I have photos and video footage of the incident.
