            I purchased a $1560 marketing package from this company in Oct 2022 for a GMA interview, billboard placement and press release for a book release. To date, what I paid for has never been delivered, I have made several attempts to contact the company and owner but received no responses. I thought this was a reputable and trusted company, and I believed in it. It is very disheartening to see their lack of accountability for taking my money and making no inroads to return my money. Not even the courtesy of a response to work towards a resolution.

            My lifetime achievement award was broken at the ceremony, it was withheld and wasnt replaced. Ive been waiting since September, and have not received it. I emailed the company twice, over the course of two months no response; I texted, no response. I also purchased a souvenir book. I didnt receive it; I gave the company permission to use the costs of the souvenir memorabilia ($125 usd) to ship my repaired award; and the company remains non responsive to date.
