    Very shady business Was coming out of state to purchase a 17 tundra. I was told all the great things about it and how it was below retail price. The website showed to have 111xxx miles on the vehicle. After checking the ****** the next day i found the dealership had the vehicle for 6 months and the mileage was really 118xxx.after calling back and everyone seeming surprised of my find. The price was still the same even with 7000 more miles because it was such a great deal they said....not getting me today maybe someone else that doesn't do their homework. Also after leaving a review on there ******** page they sent a message saying if i take the review down the will sweeten my deal, but i have to take the review down first to hear the deal...not today

    The only thing going on here was taking care of a service customer who had a part on national back order. With new vehicle inventory extremely low, as it is everywhere, we were forced to use the Toyota truck **. ****** inquired about as a courtesy loaner to accommodate a stranded customer. The vehicle has just came back in from the customer and the mileage had been updated in our system but had not pushed to all third party sites. When **. ****** brought this to our attention the above information was given to him and our used car manager adjusted the price to make up for the additional mileage. At this point **. ****** requested that I (The Dealer) contact him. I did so and we had a very productive conversation in my opinion. Our call ended with what I thought was an agreement as well as on a good note. At no point in my conversation with **. ****** did I even mention the ******** review he posted prior to understanding the mileage inconsistency on the Toyota. As I stated in my conversation, as well in messenger exchange with **. ******, the main thing I wanted him to know was there was absolutely nothing shady going on at our dealership. Even if he passed on the deal on the truck I needed him to understand there was no malicious intent on our part. We were simply taking care of a service customer. Unfortunately we were not able to agree on final terms of the deal and **. ****** decided on another truck. The last correspondence I had with him was when he sent a picture of the other truck he decided on and I told him it was a good looking truck and I hoped he enjoyed it. I regret that the experience he had with our dealership was not what he expected.

    I have screen shots of all the messages that were exchanged between me and the workers of the dealership. I also posted them on the ******** review section of the company that also has several other bad reviews, but some how has 5 star rating. In our final agreement i was told an out the door final price on the vehicle, but when the paperwork showed up the price had an added 500.00 in fees...so that was two separate lies the dealership was caught in so i knew it was time to go else where away from the crooked place.
