My daughter had a rear end collision. USSA sent my father-in-law here to get an estimate. They spoke to a ******* Dudley who talked down to them insinuating my daughter was lying. When my 83 year old father-in-law spoke about a 500 dollar deductible Dudley said in a rude manner he didn't bring up 500 dollars did I. That's a quote from Dudley. Which is a lie he did bring up the 500 dollars. He stated that they do crash dummy test at that location and there is no way at 35 or 45 Mike's an hour the car would have been totaled and my daughter wouldn't be here. When my daughter brought out out the police report he said im not calling them liars and didn't look at the police report. He doesn't know that I had already taken the vehicle to two other shops that stated the vehicles condition was consistent to what my daughter and the police report stated. He stated they can just take it somewhere else. He could have stated that without the rude and confrontational remarks. He must be an owner to speak to a potential customer in this manner especially to a female and an elderly man. I bet he didn't speak that way to the young man complaining about the 7000 dollar job they used zip ties on. Stay clear of this company or atleast this rude Dudley person.
