I called Midas and Spoke to Jessica Saturday November *** and explained to her I have to tow my car there to get my cv axle put in and to check if anything else is wrong with the car. She said that is fine. They call later that evening around to saying that I had picked up the wrong part and that I need to go get the right part. I had my boyfriend pick up the part for me because I was at home with the kids and he was Free to go pick it up. I explained to him to stay on the phone with me so I can hear what's going on when he picked up the part. My boyfriend picks up the part and sees that is the exact same as the last part is on my car and he asked him was he sure the guy Lee says yes it's coming up short so they must gave you the wrong side. As my boyfriend walking away he sees that it is broke and he asked him hey is this part broke and The guy name Lee was very rude and yelled and my boyfriend obviously it's broke and walks off. I'm on the phone and I hear this and I tell my boyfriend oh no you go get the manager right now before he could get an employee came up and told him that he apologize for him and he's just having a rough day because he know he's ready to go. I explain to my boyfriend come pick me up we'll go get the part and I'll have a talk with the owner Monday morning. I made a complaint to the Midas corporation about the situation because when we get to ******** the manager ***** explains That this is the right part and she does not understand how they could have broken but They can't keep breaking parts and have me bring them up their. She gave us the part using a warranty. Monday morning i'll bring the part up there myself and ask to speak to the owner the manager Mike says I can handle everything what can I help you with. I explain to him about the cv axle and he tells me he got the complaint and he will make sure everything is ok and apologized. A hour later Carlos called me and explained to me that they cannot put my axle in or it will break againBusiness response

There was a miscommunication between Midas and the customer. The issue has been resolved.Customer response

I need to be reimbursed 108 for my cv axle. It was broken twice and you guys was very unprofessional. I need either my money or the part. Pull up the recordings from the days I were there.Business response

We disagree that the second cv axle was broken before leaving the store, but to bring closure we are willing to pay for a new one. We have purchased a new part and contacted the customer on where to pick it up.
