    *****/23 took 2009 ***** ***** in I explained to the owner Steve that my car was involved in a wreck and the transmission was slipping after being hit and I explained that when I am at a complete stop the car hesitates to accelerate and when it does it snatch off like the transmission is about to come out, I explained that. the car does not do it all the time it only does it sometimes. So, I spoke with **** since it was involved in a wreck. **** sent an adjuster out and the claimed was denied I informed Steve the owner that I would not be able to fix it because I had to come out of pocket and $4000 was too much. I couldn't afford that and due to the ***** ***** being an older car my husband stated, we will just get another car. Steve the manager stated he has a transmission that he can guarantee me that it would last for another couple of years, and I explained to my husband he stated he has a transmission that he can guarantee us will last and it will be running. So, *** *** 2023 and I wasn't eligible to go to the bank I asked if he took credit card he stated no and the sign on the door stated he does that day it was already 4:00pm. Steve stated, he will have his calls forwarding to his cell phone and he would meet me at the shop Saturday *** *** 2023 if I paid him in cash to release my car. I got my car back and after 1 week *** ***2023, I noticed my car doing the same exact thing on *** ****, 2023. After dropping my car off an employee stated, Steve was on vacation and that he would look at car. After calling numerous times I finally spoke with Steve, and he stated that he just got back, and he will look at it. Steve called back the same day and stated he drove it and that he didn't feel the problem. I explained to him this is why I brought it in. I asked if my transmission was replaced, he stated yes, and I explained I wanted to see my old transmission because if mines was replaced, I should not have the same problem.
