Well this all started back in May XX XXXX I order some parts for my vehicle was told it take a few weeks to get them in so I paid in full for the parts a month went by and only one set came in so I took my truck in to install that one part well it sat there for 3 days unlocked and all they did was take the old side steps off and told me they sent the wrong parts I was upset mostly about my truck being unlock on that side of town outside of the gate I had to go down there and pick it up the service manager nick never took down my new number so i didn't know what was going on and kept giving me the run around about parts being back order or they would say they couldn't get them I let a few months slide by due to working outta town for my job i called in September they said the parts are in but never could get an install date now I tried again a few days again and just straight hung the phone up on me I can never reach the owner of this business at the point I want my money back or my parts installed by a different company I tried to be patient but now there is none left their customers service is a joke coming for me who works in customer service im going this route before I hire an attorney I have all Receipts and all documents also they told me no refunds only in store credit well no where on my documents or in the building does that say anything about no refunds they pretty much to my money and that is Theft by deception I want my money back or my parts paid by them for another shop to installBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2021/11/08) */ Good morning. let me start by saying for the record I have not received any kind of notes that Mr. ******** has tried to contact me. Now let's address all of the complaints. I have all invoices from our suppliers showing the date we received each part for Mr. ********. When Mr. ******** step bars arrived we tried to install them and discovered we were missing the brackets that are used to hang the step bars on the truck. Also, we learned the bull bar that he ordered was on back order as well. When we called the supplier to find out why we were missing brackets they informed us that they did not come with the bars and were sold separately. We informed Mr. ******** of the situation and that we could not install the bars because they were missing the mounting brackets. These brackets are an extra $111.17. For the inconvenience of Mr. ******** time i, as the owner, decided we would not charge Mr. ******** for these brackets. So we ate the cost of these brackets and got them ordered. The brackets were also not in stock with our supplier and were on backorder as well. On X-XX-XXXX we received the brackets. On X-XX-XXXX we received the bull bar that had been on backorder from our supplier. So we have had all of Mr. ******** parts for months and have communicated that to him. At one time when Nic, which who is the salesman who took care of Mr. ********, contacted him to let him know of of his parts were in. Mr. ******** informed Nic that his vehicle was in another shop for repairs and when he got it back he would bring it in to us to install the parts. Over a couple of months I stayed in touch with Nic asking when Mr. ******** would be getting his parts. Nic once again reminded me that Mr. ******** told him that he would bring it in when he could because of his truck being in the shop and him being out of town A LOT! I have the same invoice that Mr. ******** has and it clearly states our company policy on deposits and so forth. As far as us paying another shop to install his parts for him is not gonna happen. Mr. ******** has paid us no money towards the installation of his parts and therefore we don't owe him anything for labor. Mr. ******** can either let us install his parts, pay us the labor for installing them or he can take them in his hand to a shop of his choice and pay them out of his pocket the same way he would have to pay us to install them.
