Reason for this request: The tub Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery sent is the wrong tub. 3. Reference: Ferguson Bid #: *******, Dated **/**/**. Please see attachments. On, or about * *** **** we purchased a tub from Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery. The differences between the tub that we were shown at the Ferguson showroom and the one that Ferguson sent us is considerably different, mechanically and more importantly cosmetically different. To date, they have shown no apparent concern regarding what we consider to be their mistake and since this tub is a rather an expensive investment, we feel that they should have been more concerned and accommodating in helping us get the correct tub style that we wanted. We do not feel that we have been treated fairly. Details: ***** went to the Ferguson showroom and was assisted by Mr. Calhoun, a showroom consultant, to determine what type tub we would like to have in our bathroom. ***** picked out a ****** air tub that was on their showroom floor. The consultant told her that that one was not available in the size that we needed. He told her that he would try to find a like product with the many very tiny air bubble holes that the ****** demonstration model had and that we wanted. He sent a picture of the tub that he had found. The picture was misleading. The product was delivered and installed. We then saw it was not the correct tub. We were then told that the tub was a special order product and could not be returned. She was never told about the no return policy. ***** called Mr. Calhoun at Ferguson numerous times to discuss the problem and when he finally returned her call he asked her to contact ******* directly to discuss the issue. The manager of Ferguson called once and left a message. She tried to reach him to no avail.
